“Tried AlAqsa in Salem and honestly, it was amazing. I grabbed a coffee and the lamb shawarma plate, and both hit the spot. The lamb was tender, full of flavor, and tasted like real Palestinian home cooking. The sides were fresh and everything was seasoned just right.
The vibe is welcoming and the owners are super friendly — you can feel the pride they put into their food.

“New owner is great and takes time to learn names of customers. Food quality and atmosphere have remained relatively the same and I can't complain about that. I've only had interactions with the owner and the colorful haired lady and they've all been all been wonderful.“
