I've eaten here twice now, and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly. The prices are great! I am now forcing friends to eat here with me.
Reasonable prices, great Pho! Got the egg rolls, cooked in oil that was a little too hot came out a bit dark, but overall good food and friendly staff, looks like it gets busy, might be smart to get there early, will be back..
I had the vegetarian Pho. It tasted like water. My friend had the spring rolls which looked great and she said were good. So I believe they do some dishes better than others. I paid a significant amount of money for three bites of food plus I left a tip. Its not the srrvers fault if the food was not up to my standard. It presents like a diner that does not feel super clean. My table was a little sticky.

Super Phở Beef Noodle Soup Vietnamese Cuisine is a new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Salem, maybe even all of Oregon. It is very, very inexpensive but also very good. The menu is extensive with choices of Pho, vermicelli, and rice options. The Super Pho was very good but not great, with broth on the salty side. The beef sausage and chicken noodle dish was great with plenty of meat and noodles cooked perfectly. The short rib rice dish was very good and surprisingly tender. The pork rolls were tasty but wrapped poorly. The Tofu and Vegetable Pho is highly recommended. The food alone is worth the visit; hands down the best pho ever had, with broth that tastes homemade and fresh, tender, flavorful meats. The restaurant is very clean and bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and quick. The owners are very friendly. However, customer service is questionable. Sometimes there are no greetings or eye contact upon entry. Calling ahead for a to-go order can be difficult, with long wait times on the phone. One customer reported a very awkward experience where staff did not respond to questions and swept dust and trash from the bathroom into the dining area while customers were present.
