“I had a great experience at this location. There was a very kind, polite barista named Josh. I gave him a long-ish order and he was quick and efficient while engaging in conversation with me. I was having a pretty stressful morning but he was very helpful. He also had a great mask. Great starbucks and great customer service!“
“I used the drive-thru at the Sherwood Starbucks - there was a mix-up with my order, but they fixed it quickly and with genuine kindness, so no complaints here. The team is friendly in that real, small-town Sherwood way - welcoming, thoughtful, and never robotic.
