“I ordered the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my sister’s birthday. Our father had just passed away and it was going to be an exceptionally hard birthday to celebrate. I placed the order but they are closed on Mondays which happened to be her birthday. I decided to go ahead and just have the flowers delivered a day late.
