It was pur first time at this spot, unfortunately the service was the worst part and we didnt even get to order or try the food and probably never will.

There was a line in front of us, and they helped everyone in front of us- when it came time for us to order they had taken on a customer call that was complaining. There was zero acknowledgement that it might take a while- and didnt even make eye contact with us.

We waited for about 7-8 minutes waiting at the window and they even had two people show up at the window to figure out the issue on the phone and still, nothing that would encourage us to stay and wait to order.

Disappointed.

They charge $1 dollar extra when asking for a lettuce wrap. It is ridiculous.

The food was fine. But when there was a mistake on my burger and I politely asked the man with a beard behind the counter to please fix the mistake he got really confrontational. Showing me the mistake on the receipt and saying that this is what I wanted when I stated 3 times previously that I didn't want what I had been given. The man proceeded to have the sheff look at the receipt and the sheff kept saying the same thing about how that's what was on the receipt so that must have been what I ordered. It made me feel really anxious and uncomfortable and makes me not want to come back.

I would give 0 if I could. I was excited to eat here drove from Wilsonville to the mall to try it. I couldn’t even place my order from how bad I was treated at the first question I had. Simply asked if the fish and chips was very fishy tasting. I normally ask this as I enjoy fried fish and the texture but when the taste is very fishy I tend not to like it. Anyway both the leader Jonathan and an employee chancey laughed at me and had the same dismissive, arrogant tone and answer. If you run or operate this place I would love to hear from you as this cannot be something you allow your staff to do to your customers. For heavens sake, laugh at me? Dismiss my question with ridicule? Please make it make sense

Good food at reasonable prices. We had hot dogs and fries. Outdoor seating in a covered and heated area. Order and pay at the window. They give you a pager. Pickup at the other window. Free paved parking in nearby garage.

Was really excited to try this place for the first time after seeing the reviews, only to be let down.

I’m typically really patient when it comes to service, I work in customer service/food industry myself. My partner and I ordered a classic cheeseburger meals with the grilled onions, and a shake.

Our shake was forgotten in the order, even though it was read back to us 6 times and there were no onions on the burgers either. Instead, they were absolutely drenched in the secret sauce that taste like straight mayo to me, leaving the buns incredibly soggy and creating one giant mess.

The burgers also were not cooked very well, I’m not sure if it’s normal for a place to have so much pinkness in the meat, but that would’ve been nice to know so I could’ve asked for it to be cooked more because it genuinely felt undercooked as well.

To top it all off, I couldn’t take more than 2 bites of of the burger without getting extremely sick at the meat and sauce… and ended up dealing with food poisoning for the following 12 hours after that. Same thing happened to my partner.

Fries were also meh, I personally think the grocery store ones are better.

Waste of a trip, waste of $35. Next time I will stick with my original preference of In n Out, which normally adds up to $26 for two double double meals, one single and a shake.

Eli, Ethan,Landon and Levi all whipped me up a delicious five star burger with amazing service coming from Eli and Ethan and I’m guessing that means Landon and Levi were on the grill!! Delicious burger that didn’t taste like a fast food burger, but instead of some good meat, cheese, bacon and vegetables!! Thank you guys for making my night

I went here on a recommendation, and I'm glad that I did!
Really good burgers and shakes! The secret sauce on the burgers is definitely the star ingredient. I got a side to dip my rings in and they were pretty tasty too. The sauce is just the right balance of sweet and tangy.
The only bad news, is that I work really close by, and I think I'm going to be craving Joe's during my workday.
Great atmosphere. It's in Bridgeport village. Joe's isn't an inside, sit down restaurant. They have an order and pick up window, and the seating is outdoors, but covered. There's a fire pit with seating, and some booths and tables that you can hang out at. It's just across from the movie theater, so it's easy to find.

I don’t like that the sign clearly states make it a combo for $5.50 and get fries and a “soda or shake” but then you get upcharged another $2 for the shake. I clarified before ordering that making it a combo entailed getting a SODA or SHAKE for $5.50. The guy at the counter about “yea, shake or fountain drink if you’re wanting that instead.” It’s really infuriating when menus are clearly mislabeled and misunderstood by even the employees.

Always crunchy, fresh, and delicious. Amazing service that provides. I always ask for extra pickles everywhere I go. I’m a pickle girl. Usually they put on 1 or 2 extra. That’s not enough for me. Joe did me RIGHT. Pickles on the top AND bottom bun. A service worker that listens to your needs and PROVIDES. I’ve NEVER been disappointed at Joes. Only AMAZED. I will keep coming here until the day I die. Thank you Joe’s Burgers and thank you Chef for the delicious meals. It’s hard to find a consistently delicious and satisfying meal but for me, Joe is gonna do it every time.

Where have you been all of my life?? Such a good burger. Fresh bun. Fresh ingredients. Perfectly cooked. Great grilled onions. Delicious sauce. I've been looking for a good burger in Portland for some time and this is it!! The onion rings were jammin' too. I just wish the portion of the rings was bigger, but totally a solid number for the price. I'm definitely coming back.
