McDonald's in Tigard

“Went there late at night and you could tell they were under staffed but the pulled through and got me a tasty big Mac in a very reasonable amount of time. The crew that was working the night shift on 12-18-25 really impressed me with their attitude and performance“

I’m a pretty quiet guy in the morning, and I have no idea why they are all so friendly to me when I come in as I don’t do anything special but they make me feel like a super star. I love this McDonald’s soooo much🥰

“I ordered my daughter a cheeseburger happy meal with a plain cheeseburger with no bun. The first time they gave me the cheeseburger in a box which is cool. But the cheese was stuck to the top of the box so I told the employee he said we will have them remake it just park in spot 1 so I did. He brings the new cheeseburger with the cheese stuck to the bottom of the box. If I wanted a hamburger I would have bought a hamburger. So I had to get out go back in and ask them to remake it. I don’t understand why I have to tell them how to assemble a cheeseburger with the cheese on top. Then the manager didn’t even act like she cared all she wanted to do was refund my money. I don’t want my money back I want a cheeseburger with the cheese on top. It’s not that difficult of an order. Very frustrating and a waste of time.“

“This isn’t the closest McDonald’s to my house, but it’s the one I go to on a regular basis because it’s the best in the area.

- The food here is far more consistent (and consistently better) than at other locations.
- The staff are friendly and responsive.
- The prices at this location are slightly *lower* than other locations
- And they have a *larger menu* still offering items that are discontinued at other locations (think Chicken Biscuits or Chicken McGriddles).

Unlike many other area locations, they put their drink machine back out in the lobby post-pandemic so you can get refills on drinks - which many other locations will no longer give even when asked for one (it’s hit and miss).

I can hands down recommend this McDonald’s location over any other. And based on the number of regulars I see in here for breakfast on a daily basis, I know I’m not the only person to agree.“
