McDonald's in Tigard

“This place was actually alright back then but the last couple of months/a year it’s been having bad service I’m paying for a quantity and your employees aren’t even filling my whole slushi up I just ordered large fries but it’s more like a medium fries it’s gotten more expensive and if I’m paying for something they need to make sure they actually give u your moneys worth not below the size cuz at that point it’s stealing money I get that it gets busy sometimes but majority of the time it ain’t and they still fail at the service it’s a job u applied for and the least u can do is actually do it not be lazy and get payed“

“Great personal service. Had to wait for my special order - no problem - and when delivered, I got the order for the other car that was waiting. The other car left, and the McDonals's worker took off after them to switch bags. She caught up with them and got the bags switched. Both of us had ordered different steak breakfasts, so when she brought the orders to me, it sounded like my order, so I accepted it. All worked out okay, and the worker did exceptional service to get things right. Good job, hot food, and happy customer.“

“This isn’t the closest McDonald’s to my house, but it’s the one I go to on a regular basis because it’s the best in the area.

- The food here is far more consistent (and consistently better) than at other locations.
- The staff are friendly and responsive.
- The prices at this location are slightly *lower* than other locations
- And they have a *larger menu* still offering items that are discontinued at other locations (think Chicken Biscuits or Chicken McGriddles).

Unlike many other area locations, they put their drink machine back out in the lobby post-pandemic so you can get refills on drinks - which many other locations will no longer give even when asked for one (it’s hit and miss).

I can hands down recommend this McDonald’s location over any other. And based on the number of regulars I see in here for breakfast on a daily basis, I know I’m not the only person to agree.“

“We took our five grandchildren, ages 2 - 10, to the Scholls Ferry location. They all ate well and enjoyed their play time as they also made some new play friends. Food was great!
