“The Beef Noodle Soup is absolutely delicious! The broth is sooo good, the beef is really tender, and the noodles are noodly. Highly recommend it! It totally hits the spot on a cold day. We also got the Pan Fried Bao which was crunchy outside and very savory, oily, juicy inside. Dunking it in the chili oil is a must! We also got the Taiwanese Sausage Plate with rice and that was great too! I loved the sausage and it reminds me of similar things I had as a child.Pretty fair prices and fast service for lunch! It's family owned and our server made me kinda feel like I was being served by an Auntie. It was my first time trying Taiwanese food, but I'm a fan now!!“
“Feeling hot pot, but don't want the hassle of gathering a group of friends for all you can eat? Or simply just want good hot pot? Come here. I get the Taiwanese supreme every time because it has a plethora of different meats and delicacies. Always order a side of quail eggs. That meal right there will never disappoint. Don't forget about their other menu items like Sichuan soup and fermented tofu soup, they're great as well. The service is kinda of weird because they give you an iPad to order at the table. This makes it difficult to make special requests and substitutions. However, the servers if you can manage to get their attention.“
“We were there twice recently, one on March 2 and the other March 22. The first time was quite satisfying. Even though this restaurant was a relatively new addition to the mall, the food and service were on par with other locations such as Seattle, Bellevue and La Jolla. However, our later visit, with a 2x larger table than the first visit, seemed to show a service issue. The staff placed the ordered dishes wherever they wanted, which, at other DTF, they would ask where to place the dish on the table by asking the customers first. This caused unnecessary dish-passing immediately after an order was delivered. There was ample walking space surrounding our table, i.e., we were not in the side booth or window/corner tables. “I got the matcha with fresh milk, and it was honestly the best matcha I've had. I also go the basil popcorn chicken. It was freshly made and tastes so good! The workers were very friendly, and I got my order very quickly. Definitely recommend!“
“My first time going here and it has a very cozy atmosphere. The food’s not bad, despite being a bit pricey. The owner is really nice and they have a variety of novelty drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) that you won’t be able to find here in the states. A once in a while, special occasion place, to eat at.“
“I am not typically a fan of chain restaurants but this one has converted me. I love their food and it is so easy to order takeout online. You can even opt to get a text message when your order is ready and it is pretty accurate. I love to order their cucumber salad, pork ribs, and spicy chicken noodles or the wontons with spicy sauce. Yum!“
