Coolest bar!! Danny and Graham were the nicest staff I’ve probably met on the entire Pacific crest trail. Super kind!
We booked our rehearsal dinner at Blue Ox and it was so perfect! EDUARDO and Shea were so exceptionally kind and attentive to our whole party and the service was fast without being rushed or half-assed.
They even let me change the TV channel!
It was perfect and delicious and they even boxed the pizza so we could take it back to our rooms.
They had a really lovely experience there, and the view was beautiful. Even though it was summer, the area felt calm and inviting. The server was fantastic, and the portion sizes were quite generous. It’s definitely a good idea to ask about the sizes before you order. We forgot to do that, and when we ordered nachos, they ended up being enough to feed four people! Blue Ox Bar is an iconic Oregon spot with great cocktails, amazing pizzas, and appetizers. The bbq chicken and meatballs pizzas are absolutely delicious. The place is kid-friendly, and even offers the best gluten-free vegan pizza on Mt. Hood. Many visitors enjoy freshly made, hot pizzas with perfectly melted cheese, especially after a hike up from Timberline Lodge. Portions are generous, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Guests can watch the dough be tossed and the pizza go into the oven, making it a fun experience. The atmosphere features cool mosaics and historic furniture, giving it a cozy, almost LOTR-like feel. It’s a great place to relax with a drink and a bite after outdoor adventures, offering good value and a memorable dining experience.
