“My experiences have been excellent. With one complaint that the of rewards and app only deals. Although, I have over 31,000 points [ very rarely use because the app deals are better for purchases and can only use one or the other on an order. I don't understand why I can't use the points I have earned and should be able to use them how I want . Adhering McDonald's value list Also, you can only use rewards for one item per visit.“
“First time at this McDonald's, there front CSR Dee was awesome at her job! She is attentive, polite, and was very willing to help. She greeted me when I walked in nicely and then offered to walk me through the self serve kiosk. After I got my food, she walked by and asked how I was doing, then offered me some ketchup packets. When I was finished eating she asked to take my tray for me which of course I agreed. Outstanding service from Dee! Thank you keep it up you will go far in life.“
