“The bathroom was very well stocked and clean. I personally do not like that they want you to use the machine instead of a cashier. As a result it took us forever to order. Nobody knew that the machine we chose to use was NOT working properly. We wasted entirely way too much time trying to order something. The cashier could've taken our order instead. It wasn't busy. They had already helped someone else. What they're not realizing that for some people it's difficult to use these machines. They may not have a debit or credit card to use for payment as that's how they require payment. It maybe convenient for some people but others it is not. Also by having these machines in place it's taking away jobs from people. It's like using the self checkout at Walmart. Not a fan of them.“
“Was having trouble with the App as it wasn't working, it charged me for the food and then deleted my whole order (Still haven't gotten my money back) but one of the managers named Ty helped out a LOT, He was extremely kind and super cooperative and did everything he could to make things right and fix the corporations mistake of an app, Will definitely keep coming here in the future, Ty is a really good employee. Keep him around, he makes you smile“
