“Because of a gluten allergy I am always nervous trying a new place to dine. Manzanita recommended a burrito bowl and it was the best I’ve ever eaten. I had the Al Pastor bowl. The meat was tender and perfectly spiced with a slow heat that lingered on the palate. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The avocado was luscious. The bowl included a seasoned rice and black beans. The portion was huge. I would 100% recommend!!“

“Ok. The BEST in Bend and after living four years in the burrito capital of Jalisco I am a discerning burrito aficionado. My previous favorite was Don Gabinos. Still love me some DG though but WOW. Everyone talks about the carne asada and they are not wrong. No grissle and only enough fat to season. I have had both a Carne Asada burrito on my first try and I at it next to the car vacuums. Was just going to take one bite..you know the rules. Boom the whole damn thing disappeared. Next time it will be two meals because it’s so big. Then two days later on my way home from a particularly rigorous pickleball match with 3 80 year olds I convinced myself to the get a breakfast burrito. I was DONE. So frickin good. So San Diego. Top 5 I’ve ever had. The carne Asada was BETTER! Guac. Potatoes and the eggs and cheese had so much flavor. I made my wife take a bite just so next time I wouldn’t have to convince her to go to a taco truck. I am not a big eat from a truck out of paper and cardboard but this was simply the best. TRY IT!
Ok update. I’ve tried some other stuff and it’s the carne asada burrito and the carne asada breakfast burrito that is the best.“

“Cotto’s gradually become one of our go-tos. A couple arancini (carbonara is the best) + salad makes a great meal for two. I also just found that the caprese sandwich makes for a great hiking meal - left it in my bag for 2.5 hours and the bread held up perfectly!“

“Husband and I were in Bend for one night staying at a motel nearby... and decided to try it for lunch. So glad we did.. shared the Cuban sandwich & it was delicious and the green salad with pineapple and mango was outstanding! Good service and the owner was very nice!“
“we used Lifted Spirts at our wedding and i cannot recommend them enough! the service excellent the whole way through - they were communicative, collaborative and fun to work with. the signature cocktails were so good to i had multiple guests ask how to recreate them!“

“we got 007 rolls, chicken skewers, thai tea and the niku udon and it was SO GOOD. we hadn’t tried this place before and oishi was closed, thank goodness they were! they definitely did the 007 rolls better than oishi (sorry oishi, much love lol). a little pricey but absolutely worth it! chicken skewer tender and fresh, rolls aren’t huge so you can eat them in one bite, we haven’t dove into the udon yet but i’m sure it lives up to expectations as well!!“

“I have a gluten allergy and Rush’s square is by far, the best GF pizza in town and on my top 10 overall GF pizza. The dough is fluffy, tasty and delicious, a rare description for most GF options out there. I can’t confirm if it’s celiac safe, might need to confirm with the owners, but for me with gluten allergy, I’ve had zero problems.
The pizza is also large, so can easily be 2-3 meals depending on your appetite.“

“a Filthy Portland-like setting with a parking lot that appears to be full of broken down vehicles with blankets over the windows and people staying in them😬 the bathrooms were so largely disgusting that I had to take a sink bath at my job site the next morning. my job however had fallen through and was not ready so I immediately contacted bunk & Brew via email and phone call long before check out time to get a refund for an unneeded second night. I have been ignored by the Crooks for a week having left many messages. this environment is filthy and undesirable I don't care how many stoned pretentious hippies leave "good reviews" for them.“
