“This place has by far the best smash burgers you can get anywhere around!! If you have not tried them you should run and not walk. They sell out fast, so make sure to check their Facebook page. It is usually more updated than any other site. They even have an app so you can order directly from them!! They even have cocktails and milkshakes!! Go check them out. You will not regret it!!! “Finally got to try them for the first time yesterday, and everything was amazing! My roommate and I tried both the pork and beef dumplings, along with both types of musubi. The cabbage in the pork dumplings lightened them up, and was a great flavor combo with the seasonings in the meat. The beef were my personal favorite! The meat is SO flavorful, and the celery still had some texture and made the whole thing perfect! The dumpling wrappers were soft, but had some of that chewy texture that makes a really great dumpling. Neither of us had ever had musubi before, but I've wanted to try it for a long time, and let me tell you I'm craving them today. The spam was such a good flavor and texture combination! My roommate really liked that one a lot. I LOVED the tuna one, and I'm not someone who likes tuna. Honestly that was the thing I was least sure about, but it was so so good. I'd happily eat them every day. I know this got a bit long, so sorry. But I just feel like people need to know how good this is, and be sure to try and stop by! The cart was easy to spot, and the woman who took my order was very nice. Overall, I've got to try to figure out how to get out of work in time to get more from them again! I can't wait to try a daily special now, and of course get another tuna musubi, and beef dumplings.“

We were pleasantly surprised by how excellent the food was, the patience in answering questions even though they were pretty busy, and the friendly service. “We stopped in today for lunch on a beautiful Daturday afternoon in October. We had our pup with us, and he needed to get out of the car for a minute. We wondered around the food cart pod and found the cart we came for. The service was polite and friendly. We ordered some bacon jam grilled cheeseburgers and some dirty fries plus a separate patty for the pup. It came out hot and ready in about 10 minutes.

We received our order and went back to the car to get back on the road. Fed the dog his patty, and he, of course, crushed his burger. We decided we should probably eat ours too. The bacon jam smashburger was very good, super thin patty with a nice sweet bacon jam on top. Highly recommended. The dirty fries were also pretty good, a bit sweet from the burger sauce, but the pulled pork was a great touch. Well worth the short detour from where we came from to try this great spot. If your looking for a good local option in south Salem I recommend you stop in here and give them a shot.
