As I was dropping down into Warm Springs, on that 2013 trip, I was more hungry than I was in a hurry to get to Prineville, when I entered Warm Springs. I could easily see The DesChutes Crossing Restaurant Coffee Shop off to the right, as I approached the Deschutes River Crossing Bridge and would shortly be travelling uphill toward Madras. Great food, fantastic owner. This is a gem of a restaurant! If you are passing through the warm springs restaurant, order anything, you can’t go wrong!!!
Five of us had delicious breakfasts this morning. Excellent Denver omelet, French toast, eggs, bacon, etc.! Friendly, fast service in a beautiful setting. Thank you! 5 stars!!
