“where to start, we are big good truck goers. A family of 5. makes it great when everyone can get what they want. This place is beautiful, they had a handful of trucks (more coming) but the options were definitely a mix. Something for everyone for sure. The Cuban food truck is a 10/10 highly recommend! The Cuban sandwich was the best sandwich ive had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. My husband and kids had burgers, corn dogs, and chicken strips. The burgers were huge. super great flavor, (adding lamb burgers to the menu soon) super excited to come back to try those. Lets talk drinks, I like a good spicy cocktail, however most "full bars" offer Tabasco to spice up my drink. I hate that. I prefer a spicy tequila or a muddled jalepeno. This place has bitters. This was hands down the best spicy margarita (the house margarita with spicy bitters) that I have had since I've been out here. They have have a changing station in the bathroom. a pinball room, and a kids toys section. For families like us, little kids, picky eater, the FULL bar. This is by far the best food truck place we have went to.“

“Solid four star experience. Went in the middle of the day for a burger and wasn't disappointed. Burger was presented nicely, had a nice taste, bun was good, fresh fixings, and melted cheese.

Also got their fried pickle spears. Those were damn good.

Bartender was attentive, friendly, and did her job just fine.

I did enjoy the ambiance and will return to play some pinball and shuffleboard.“

“My wife and I love that we have a neighborhood bar with wonderful and well crafted cocktails, solid food menu, and excellent, skilled service.
On a summer night we went and tried 6 different cocktails of their cocktails and each one was more impressive than the last. They regularly rotate their drink menu, demonstrating their skill and diversity in making a good drink! Would recommend, will return!“

“This is probably the best fried chicken and JoJos on the entire planet. I’m not even kidding. I used to live a couple blocks from here and I would come here a couple times a month. I crave it all the time. It is a super divey bar with a funky atmosphere and kind of cramped, but certainly worth it!“

“My hubby and I randomly stopped in yesterday after the food show. I’ve lived in OR for 17 years and he’s lived here his entire life. I’ve never done Portland as I moved from a big city and we live in Idanaha. My anxiety was on extreme when we arrived. (I was trying Portland for the first time). Between the food show and getting to the hotel, found Thunderbird. It was exactly what we needed. A decent place, great service. I seriously considered buying a piece of art displayed. “The food is really good and everything is well priced, but the service is non-existent. The one female bartender seemed irritated with us when we walked in. We sat at a table and ordered the food from the QR code. We also got our own water which I'm fine with. But other than bringing over the one n/a drink I ordered, neither bartender checked on us or asked how our food was. We got two salads and two sandwiches so plenty of time to check on us. The only interaction we had was with the male bartender who waa much nicer and brought our sandwiches, but still never checked in. When you close your check on your phone it defaults to 25%. For what? Why would I leave 25% for someone who didn't even speak with me and when Imt doing pretty much half the work myself? 25% is a full service restaurant gratuity and honestly If they interacted with us even a little bit I would have been fine with that. The kitchen staff brought our first food round out and they were very nice. We came in on a Friday night and it was pretty empty, (us at a table and a couple people at the bar), so it is not like they were too busy to engage. I have been here once before and it was a much better experience so not writing this place off, but tonights experience was sub par. Food was bomb though.“

We loved the antiques and quirky items sitting on the wall shelves which reminded us of ‘the good ole days’. “A taste of Italy in Oregon!!! Best pizza I’ve had!the crust is perfection thin, charred, and airy! I also got the ricotta garlic sauce which was the perfect dip to eat up the crust. Came here with a large group of girls and there was plenty of seating both inside and outdoors. The furniture and little accessories added the perfect touch of comfort. There were literally grape vines all round the patio and we got to slice up our pizza with scissors! Anyway, well worth your money for the quality and quantity!“

They have an amazing outdoor seating area that we took advantage of after golfing.

The drinks were wet and plentiful. The fish and chips were huge, but I ate till I was stuffed because it was so good!

“This is the only place that serves Vision hard cider (that I know of), specifically the Colada Cooler (coconut lime)!! It's my absolute favorite cider I've EVER tried ❤️❤️. They don't serve food (other than small bags of chips & I think free popcorn) but they allow outside food which is a plus!! We drive from Beaverton to Canby just so I can get my cider fix occasionally. Last weekend we went to a Disco event there, it was fun although I'm pretty sure everyone knew each other besides the two of us lol.“

“Wow!! Where do I start off with this hidden gem in the neighborhood. Well great location. Easy parking. As soon as my wife and I entered we were both greeted, but hey it's a tavern and so not expected. We sat ourselves right in the middle of the place and menu was already sitting on the table. Within 2 minutes a server came to the table to ask for drinks. My reason for coming was there sign in front about chicken. So when we ordered we ordered the chicken fried steak with biscuit and gravy. Chicken cooked to a perfection. Breast meat. What caught me with this dish was how well seasoned it is. Atmosphere is a bit different and some colored people it may seem a turn off, but let me tell you. I felt welcomed, waitress came by and checked on us and the memorabilia that flooded this place is more than enough to visit again which my wife and I will come again. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the eggs perfect and also seasoned well. TV playing all the sports I needed to see that day. Not to loud. Great place overall. Would definitely come back.“
