“Hi, I have been a customer at this location for years. I know that there is a lot of foot traffic and people here daily, but I have noticed lately that the place just looks overall dirty. Floors need mopping, tables have crumbs on them, napkins not filled, bases of tables looked dirty. You all charge quite a bit for your coffee. You need to spend some time cleaning your coffee shop. Not sure if there is new management?? not managing, but please do a little better cleaning. Mop your floors!!“

“This place is just the best. Cute, quiet, and run by the nicest volunteer staff you could imagine. They roast their own beans, make all their own syrups, and source tasty snacks locally. they’ve got delicious vegan options that actually feel creative and satisfying. My oat milk chai latte was absolute perfection (creamy, not too sweet, with just the right ginger kick), and the breakfast burrito was crispy, warm, and fennel-forward for those who love it.

The space has great vibes. beautiful aesthetics, plenty of outlets, and the kind of calm that makes you want to stay and read or draw for hours. Parking was a breeze in the gravel lot, and prices are super reasonable

“This cute little spot is very hip (in the black metal seating and minimalism decor sort of way), very cute. I got the famed marionberry poptart which lived up to the hype. I got a season pistachio drink that ended up being a little too sweet for my taste (I was told it was slightly sweet but was surprised when it was full blown). Latte art was beautiful. The barista was wonderfully helpful and gave a full rundown of the offerings. This is not a work in a coffee shop sort of cafe. The tables are small yet cute. Better to plan for a short visit.“

“Pretty solid coffee with lots of fancy flavor options to choose from as well. I did not get to try the banh mi as I came in at 7 AM and was very likely the first person in.

I did try the donuts and while they weren’t terrible, They weren’t exactly what I expected when I see the word donut. They were dense and smooth and cool temp wise, lol I really can’t think of anything to compare them with!

The black sesame coffee was absolutely delicious, but there was a ton of grits left at the bottom of the cup.“

I could get a cup of coffee anywhere but this shop has become more than just great food and drinks - it’s a place for neighbors to gather and the owners have fully invested themselves in our community. Love the breakfast sandwiches, my daily coffee and Friday evenings on their back lawn with a beer and friends!“

“A friend told me about this place. Amazingly, I walk by it all the time and never even realized they offered vegan goodies. Stopped in on a Sunday morning while attending a weekend event at the waterfront. Ordered a chai tea in my own vessel and got a sticky bun. If you don't have your own beverage container, you can "buy" one and then get credited back if you leave it. The chai was just right, not too sweet, nor too spicy, or too hot. I could actually drink it within 10 minutes and not nuke my tongue. Multiple milk options, including almond and soy on my visit. Thank you for having soy when so few places don't, good for those with issues with nut or oat milks. The pastry was tasty and satisfied. A few seats inside with lots more out, though not covered. I usually go with just one other person, and we get our drinks (and sometimes food) in just a few minutes. I’ve gone with two other people before once too, and we still had great, fast service. I love how they have a little shelf of snacks that charge each day, but by the end of the day there isn’t much, so if you want to get little snacks come earlier in the day. They also have free WiFi so it’s great for studying and stuff!“

“I am a fan of Trung Nguyen for a little over 10 years. My parents drink this brand and I have been too for as long as I remembered. When the Orange County location opened, I was there. I also visited several locations in TPHCM. Now, they opened the top tier of franchise in Portland which is amazing. During the friends and family invite, I came and had a ca phe muoi. The architecture of the store was beautifully designed. The ambiance truly allows you experience a genuine coffee experience. The coffee, simply, delicious. Strong, bold, flavorful, the salted foam was a great balance between saltiness and sweetness. Although it is a franchise, it is a recognized brand and is authentic to they serve. This is for the all the Vietnamese coffee lovers!“

“So I like to ride my motorcycle out to Twin Perks Kalama and this Saturday I brought a friend. his motorcycle battery caught fire in the drive thru of the espresso stand! Hailey was working and she catered to us so well. I'm not advertising you should break down at the espresso stand but if you have to, pray Hailey is working. She was extraordinarily accommodating to us. She was helpful, sympathetic, and charming. I wish I could adequately convey how grateful I am to have met Hailey. I will happily give this girl a 5 star review and I will be a repeat customer!“
