Original review: The pizza is good. My complaint is when they get something wrong when placing an order online They do nothing to correct it. I placed an order that included a salad with a few extras like chicken requested. When I got the order, it had none of the add ons I had ordered, even though I had to pay extra for the chicken. The person that answered the phone said they would either send me one or refund me. I did not feel Like I needed them to send me a whole other side salad (Even though I was very disappointed since this was my dinner) So I opted for a refund. I never actually got the refund. Beware if you have any problems, they won’t help“

“A taste of Italy in Oregon!!! Best pizza I’ve had!the crust is perfection thin, charred, and airy! I also got the ricotta garlic sauce which was the perfect dip to eat up the crust. Came here with a large group of girls and there was plenty of seating both inside and outdoors. The furniture and little accessories added the perfect touch of comfort. There were literally grape vines all round the patio and we got to slice up our pizza with scissors! Anyway, well worth your money for the quality and quantity!“

“I live next door to Meta Pizza and it's a daily struggle. As soon as they fire up the ovens and the smell of dough and garlic fills the air my mouth waters and I have to battle myself as to whether I'm gonna eat yet another slice that day . The meatball special with saffron Milanese and nutmeg ricotta is out of this world. I usually give into temptation. Highly recommend adding the lamb sausage to the Grandma Style!“

“I applaud you for being open!!! I ordered my food Togo on the phone. When I got there front door was open with a table blocking which there was a sign order here. I went to back door which was closed, I opened cause I guessed maybe that’s where you get your food Togo and it was to be picked up there. I come thru he said you order from the front( also didn’t really give me a chance to politely saying anything) and noted there was another guy in there that looked to be picking up food as well. Then went to the front he come to the front door with a iPad to take my order and I say a order Togo for Robbie. Then was “owe ok”. Get home the food was great some of the best pie I have ever had! Only reason I explained this was I think clear signage would make this transaction easier. This is a very tough time and people want to be safe. I also LIKED he asked to pay Cc over the phone and asking for the tip ahead of time does limits person contact. Will be back!“

The crust was golden like morning sunshine on moss, the cheese stretched like fairy silk, and every bite made my beard wiggle with joy. “I'm only giving it 5 stars because Restaurantji won't let me give them 6 ^_^ I first fell in love with this place over their Margherita pizza, which reminds me of my time in Italy. Since then I have also tried and love their burgers and fries--simple ingredients, but they must be high-quality because the end result is exceptional--and their calzones, with the Chicken Bacon Ranch as the best one so far. I've been a customer here since their opening roughly one year ago and have watched their operations improve over time. I look forward to trying their pastas once those get added to the menu!“

“These are some of the best workers I've seen in a while. Great team communications as well as teamwork. I do admire how your estimated time of... let's say 30 minutes. Your pizza may (no promises) be done in 15. They are fast workers, but give themselves a leeway in case if something happens. Remember that you are not the only one ordering pizza. And to be patient when they are overwhelmed with people's last-minute orders.

Parking: Small lot shared with multiple vendors. Park where you can, pick up, and go.

Kid-friendliness: They are busy but still create a friendly atmosphere.

My only issue was that they only have sandwiches in the barest sense of the word. There are two on the menu. I would have loved more options or just a chose your own toppings/filling option for either pizza or a sandwich! The whole pepperoni pizza that we took home was a good value, with lots of meat and since focaccia makes for a hefty crust, 1 piece filled up most people. Get the side of burrata if you order the green olive and rosemary slice like I did!“

I've lived in Oregon 50 years and it's the best I've found (except for the wood fired oven of The Bread Board in Falls City); have visited over 50 pizza parlors rated highly thru-out Oregon. “Pizzicato is my families favorite pizza spot. I get pickup monthly. We typically do the “half-baked” option. I finish at home on my pizza stone. The crust comes out almost as perfect as being there is person. I love when I pickup, they review each pie in front of me for order accuracy. The Capicola and Hot Honey is not to be missed, but make sure to ask for honey on the side. Honey will burn quickly and mess up your oven if you try to reheat. The prices are on the high side, so this place is an occasional treat. $86 for 4 medium pizzas. They have a nice loyalty system that saves you some money. But quality of the dough and ingredients is superior.“

“Grabbed some pizzas for our guys working in the area. Simple and easy ordering process, very friendly service and the pizza was done within 20 minutes. Both pizzas were covered with fresh toppings and the guys said that they really liked it! Plates and napkins and available for takeout orders.
