“We went into this location tonight (11/29) and one young male employee was the only worker. He was fabulous, he made great sandwiches and he was extremely friendly and kind towards our kids. This was the best Subway service and sandwiches we've had in a while!“

I am very impressed by the customer service at this location. I received a call from an associate today who explained the situation and apologized for my experience. They also offered 2 gyros on the house. The gyros were great and the only thing more impressive was their willingness to reach out to someone that had a poor initial experience.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was quick and the gyros tasted very fresh!
Big thank you to the Medford team - I'm impressed and I WILL be back. 5 stars.

The first two times I ordered from this place, I ordered the gyro.
Both times, I was told that the protein for the gyro was unavailable. No problem, I switched my order. Today, I called ahead of time to verify that they had gyros in stock and was told that they do. Awesome!
I ordered 3 pita wraps - 1 smoked pork, 1 chicken ceasar, and 1 gyro.
My order was delivered but wouldn't you know - only 2 wraps! And of course, the gyro was missing.
I've tried to get a gyro pita 3 times from this location and I keep getting shafted. The first two times I can forgive as it was not their fault. But they completely left out 1/3 of my order today with no offer of substitution or they just simply forgot.
I won't be ordering from this place again.“

“To busy filling online orders, the guy ahead of us was there for unknown minutes waiting and he was angry! Walk in service should be priority. There is no warning sign saying "Wait for online orders first!" I know my drive through attempt, I had to wait for walk-ins, that was a year ago, it too me that long to try again and now I wait for online? “I was not over happy about my Sub Club, but that could be the choices I made. I didn't toast my bread, and I didn't use mayo, using oil and vinegar instead. The bread was almost doughy without structure. The sandwich was dry, and mayo might have helped moisturizers the sandwich.It was about 12:30 PM, so they were busy, so I had a reasonable time to have my order taken.As to atmosphere, this Subway was in a strip mall and it was small and crowded.“
