“This Starbucks rocks! There is a customer-oriented vibe that is refreshing and greatly appreciated from the dedicated staff. Like an honored guest, the attentive and friendly staff roll out the red carpet, filling each order promptly and professionally. The place is noticeably tidy and well maintained. There is a nice assortment of baked goods to brighten your day, and a variety of fresh artisan sandwiches and protein boxes to choose from and snack on later. Parking is easy and wheelchair accessible.

“Hands Down this is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. I work remotely so I visit a ton of Starbucks to small towns to the coast all across this state.

Cat, the manager was Amazing she was very kind and attentive. Keeps a really clean store.

It always takes me a minute to get my laptop setup and figure out what I'm ordering. My experience when doing this is being rushed and told I need to order something to be in there always in a rude manner. NOT at this Starbucks Cat was kind and asked if I wanted water never rushing me.

Another thing is this is the first time I was in a Starbucks and one of the baristas was walking around with samples of a drink offering everyone to try. Worked really well for this woman here who never knows what to get. Well now I have a favorite drink thanks to him doing this.“

“Had a really good interaction with the barista, however, the shots in my Carmel macchiato tasted very fruity for whatever reason. I hadn’t noticed until I had left the store though or else I’m sure they would have corrected the issue. Always very clean and well organized though.“

“I come to this Starbucks several days a week and they are so consistently friendly and efficient as they can be with so much foot traffic as well as a busy drive through. Nice big space to sit and work on my laptop. Very chilly AC which is so great in the summer. These baristas work hard and deserve a shout out!“

“What a beautiful building. Such an improvement to what was there. It fits so well in the town. I like the outdoor sitting area. What I did notice as I drove by slowly checking it out, as there's no garbage outside for customers. I went through the drive through which was quick and got me thru fast. I was the only one in line. I will say as a daily customer and do live in another city, being used to their customer service, that here in Wilson like they have their drivers in and out with not much to say. I think a little more of a conversation would help customers to come back. Especially when there's no one behind you. For me...that would bring me back.
But i couldn't give a try review with a busy day, but from being a new customer...it was beautiful and I was in and out.“
