Here is the conversation I had with the cashier today. Me: “Hi, I’ll have a classic and a PBPB. Both pint size please.” Cashier: “what’s a classic PBPB.” Me: right so I’ll have the classic, and the PBPB. Cashier: “oh okay, and did you want the plate? It comes with fries and a drink” Me: sure, but no drink. Cashier: “oh, but it comes with a drink” Me: “do you just hand me a cup” cashier: “yes,” Me: okay let’s do that.” I proceeded to not take a cup with my food lol. Not a bad place at all just a super funny interaction between two braincells fighting for third place lol. The burgers are good and the people are awesome too“

“They serve HUGE burgers and LOTS of tater tots with their $15 lunch specials. Even though the place seems a little run down from the outside, once you enter the old A-frame building it's like taking a trip into the past.
The food is hot and fresh and served directly to your table with a large bottle of ketchup! Plus extra napkins b/c you are going to need them. This place is a hidden gem 💎 in Gresham!
They'll only charge you $15 but give them $20, it's worth it.“

“We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. After having the Burgerville folks reach out about my poor experience, I tried the drive-through again. The results? Very good! Since my 2 favorite items were discontinued, I had the grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was delicious! I opted for the Rosemary Shoestring fries, and they were fantastic as well. And it was quick service, even though it was during the same lunchtime window as before. They must have just been having a bad day back in November, which happens.

I'm not giving a 5 solely due to the fact that the Turkey Burger and Halibut are 86'd off the menu.

I pulled in to the drive through at 1:08. Didn’t get to the menu/ordering spot until 1:14. Didn’t get my food until 1:28. 20 minutes in the drive through line is far too long. Now there is a new menu. No Turkeyburger. Figures, one of the 2 items I usually get. What? No halibut sandwich? Swell. I opted for the now named fish sandwich. It was ok-good. The fries are soggy.
I will say that Avery at the window was so nice and friendly that it salvaged the day. I was going to say something about the wait, but she was too nice.“

“The employee, Aurora was not personable. After waiting over 20 minutes, watching 6 to 8 drive thru customers receive there orders and drive away while I was still waiting for my food. I requested a refund, it was only then the manager on duty Toni B. gave a very horrible explanation regarding why the drive thru orders were being prioritized over the dine in orders. She explained it was shift change. When you work in fast food, and there are over 6 customers in the dinning area either waiting for there food or waiting to order, SHIFT CHANGE SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! Drive thru SHOULD NOT be a priority. I will not be returning to this location, fast food is not waiting over 20 minutes for your food.“

Im here to say, No. Its truly not. The quality is always good and if you dont want to spend the money or youre not interested in the new or seasonal items theres always a couple trusty classic cheeseburgers with extra Burgerville spread and the best shakes!! Since then I have also tried and love their burgers and fries--simple ingredients, but they must be high-quality because the end result is exceptional--and their calzones, with the Chicken Bacon Ranch as the best one so far. There was a bit of a delay before anyone came over to greet us or take our food/drink order. After being seated for a bit, one of the female bartenders came by and brought us waters and then another server took over because their shift started. But tonight I ordered a 1/2 lb Colossal burger with a gluten free bun…. That would be $5.00 more than the 1/4 lb reg colossal.

It was served to me animal-style with the bun still in a bag… and no sauces :(. I was also honestly expecting a single large 1/2 lb patty, not a double patty of 1/4’s…

This is why walking in and talking face to face is better than drive-thru…
