“This killer burger is great. Exactly what I’m looking for in customer service and food. The food is amazing. And the customer service is adorable. It’s like a frat started food chain. Here is the conversation I had with the cashier today. Me: “Hi, I’ll have a classic and a PBPB. Both pint size please.” Cashier: “what’s a classic PBPB.” Me: right so I’ll have the classic, and the PBPB. Cashier: “oh okay, and did you want the plate? It comes with fries and a drink” Me: sure, but no drink. Cashier: “oh, but it comes with a drink” Me: “do you just hand me a cup” cashier: “yes,” Me: okay let’s do that.” I proceeded to not take a cup with my food lol. Not a bad place at all just a super funny interaction between two braincells fighting for third place lol. The burgers are good and the people are awesome too“

“Cuban sandwich compared to the turkey was quite the contrast.
Turkey was huge Cuban, not so much. Turkey was far more flavorful in my opinion also. With this being my only time going here so far I'd say choose a cold sando as opposed to their hot ones.“

“We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. “The employee, Aurora was not personable. After waiting over 20 minutes, watching 6 to 8 drive thru customers receive there orders and drive away while I was still waiting for my food. I requested a refund, it was only then the manager on duty Toni B. gave a very horrible explanation regarding why the drive thru orders were being prioritized over the dine in orders. She explained it was shift change. When you work in fast food, and there are over 6 customers in the dinning area either waiting for there food or waiting to order, SHIFT CHANGE SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! Drive thru SHOULD NOT be a priority. I will not be returning to this location, fast food is not waiting over 20 minutes for your food.“

“Fantastic little mom n pop burger shop! My husband and I went to try this place last Saturday and Oh Em Gee it was phenomenal! We both wanted to see how big the Super Burger was ( I can't remember the exact name) and we also wanted to try the fries AND the onion rings 🙌🏻 so we got a huge super burger each, a large fry, and a large onion ring to share! All for under $50! Superb food!! We probably could've shared the burger since both of us took at least half home in a doggie bag. We loved the seasoning on the fries! My only suggestion: ask for the seasoning on the onion rings as well! They are amazing without it but once you've had it you'll crave it! It was offered but we wanted to try all the food as it was served. Aside from the burger we got we added bacon, cheddar cheese, and grilled (or cooked) onions. I can't wait for my hubby to be in the mood for burgers again! This is my new favorite local place! The atmosphere was pretty nice it was a hot day around lunchtime so naturally the place got pretty packed but everything came to the table promptly. Definitely recommend! We'll be back as soon as possible!“

Since then I have also tried and love their burgers and fries--simple ingredients, but they must be high-quality because the end result is exceptional--and their calzones, with the Chicken Bacon Ranch as the best one so far. I've been a customer here since their opening roughly one year ago and have watched their operations improve over time. I look forward to trying their pastas once those get added to the menu!“

“Stopped into Burgerville for a quick meal. I was greeted by an amazing lady named Kelly! Her customer service was amazing. Even brought my food out to me and she also gave me a good recommendation on the chipotle aioli. The cooks definitely know what they were doing. The portions were spot. But tonight I ordered a 1/2 lb Colossal burger with a gluten free bun…. That would be $5.00 more than the 1/4 lb reg colossal.

It was served to me animal-style with the bun still in a bag… and no sauces :(. I was also honestly expecting a single large 1/2 lb patty, not a double patty of 1/4’s…

This is why walking in and talking face to face is better than drive-thru…
