“First time here today. It smells so good just walking in the door. I'm not sure of the spelling but Devon is so friendly and warm. He was very patient with my never ending questions If you haven't had their homemade bread, you should. I ordered a meat lovers and its as good as any pizza I can remember. It took me back to my favorite pizza as a child. The menu is pretty broad, everything we had I enjoyed. The service had me smiling. This is a phenomenal place!“

“I just recently moved to the mountain and have discovered this gem!
the pizza is delicious the toppings are huge and the customer service is very friendly however the last two takeouts I've called in my pizza has been missing a topping and I don't realize until I get home which is 40 minutes out-
originally I ordered an Ashley's special last month and there was no mushrooms. That was a bummer but of course I still ate it.
most recently I ordered the all veggie pizza. I was specifically asked if I wanted cooked or cold tomatoes. I said cold would be great. When I got home there was no tomatoes at all.
luckily I had one I was going to use for my salad the next day so I used it for my pizza but it was still a bummer.
I will eat here again ,but I guess I would advise if you order a takeout to double-check your pizza before you leave 😄“

“I loved Backpacker Pizza! I saw an online promotion video for this place and knew I had to check it out. I came on a Wednesday at lunch and it was not too busy. The staff were super friendly and checked in on us a few times while we were eating. The Potato and Prosciutto Pizza was what we had and the fig jam on top was superb! I am definitely going back!“

“First time experience for this local pizza establishment. Tried the namesake style and really enjoyed it! The pizza was thick and just crispy enough on the bottom. Sauce was generously applied and had a nice little kick to it. Toppings were a little sparse but were good - a bit more would be better! Order was ready on time. A very good first experience. Since then, we’ve been there weekly if not more, and every dish is better than the last. “I'm only giving it 5 stars because Restaurantji won't let me give them 6 ^_^ I first fell in love with this place over their Margherita pizza, which reminds me of my time in Italy. Since then I have also tried and love their burgers and fries--simple ingredients, but they must be high-quality because the end result is exceptional--and their calzones, with the Chicken Bacon Ranch as the best one so far. I've been a customer here since their opening roughly one year ago and have watched their operations improve over time. I look forward to trying their pastas once those get added to the menu!“

It was awesome! And the staff was friendly and accommodating. They offer either a pepperoni, a meat, which has sausage and pepperoni, and a vegetarian with spinach and mushrooms. I wanted the veggie and the meat one, but I’m allergic to pepperoni! So, the meat one should be any 2 meats you choose, because they’re already offering a pepperoni! But , I was told no substituting allowed, so I was going to cancel my orders! Thankfully, and logically, the young lady on duty was kind enough to put a different meat on it that was not pepperoni. Thank you sweetheart! We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas 👍🏼😊“

“So I on my last order, there was a mistake made. So I called and to make another order with the credit that was given. The store was in Portland at the S.E. 122nd and Holgate location. But the call center was quick to pass the buck. I finally was transferred to the store manager Jason who took care of the problem and and applied the credit no questions asked. He made a customer for life. Thanks Jason!“
