“The guy at the cashier had great customer service! He threw in a couple of donut bites with my order, which I did not realized until I went to my gate. Most airport Dunkin’ locations also do not accept payment through the app, but this one does. I had a pleasant breakfast before my early morning flight. If all Dunkin’ locations were like this one, I’d run on them too.“

“I stopped in at Duck Donuts to kill some time before a meeting and get a cup of coffee. Plus I was hungry. I only wanted 1 donut, but they were running a discount and I bought 2. The donuts were right off the griddle, the coffee was fresh, and the service was tremendous. The ladies behind the counter had a welcoming & wonderful attitude. I'll go back.“

“This is a small coffee shop tucked inside a farmers market alongside other little stores. We originally came for breakfast, but the smell of fresh coffee pulled us in, and my wife couldn’t resist trying it (I don’t drink coffee myself).
The customer service was excellent probably the best we’ve had in a long time. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, guiding my wife through different options since she wanted to try something new.
She enjoyed her iced coffee and said it wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was good enough to finish the whole cup. The only downside was the price about $8 for an iced coffee, which is actually more than Starbucks, who has excellent coffee.“

“People messed up my order couple times. Even I clearly said hot they make cold drink.
This place is small and setting arrangement is too tight. Through the summer AC was not working. And portables were not enough to keep the place cold.
I was so upset when I spent $7 for drink and I brought it back saying I ordered hot drink. Register lady said this is only can make it as iced drink.
But at other location of Starbucks - 750 Krocks rd - on Tuesday, January 20th around 1 pm I order same drink and they prepared it as hot drink.
Starbuck s quality and services going down. I am Starbucks ‘s customer is from 2008. Mostly ordering same hot drink (Match latte) for all this years. Recently, I have to ask to stir well while preparing latte, because the match power lumps are floating in drink.“

“Usually on point but this morning I did a mobile order for munchkins and a specialty donut. Arrived and my coffee was ready (on the weaker side). They were out of Munchkins, so I got 8 full donuts instead. My specialty donut was not the spider but a nicer donut. They made the effort, which is nice. Stay on inventory and update the app.“

“They basically know me by what I order because I'm there every day, hahaha! The employees are always so incredible in so many ways, and they never fail to brighten up my day with their kindness and the fact that they ask me how I am and make small talk with me. I'd choose this Starbucks any day over any other location anywhere not only because of the yummy coffee, but mainly because of the people that I get to see there every day. :)“

“Fast quick the cashiers/person at the windows is always nice and gives my little one a doughnut. Fast service, provides explanation of the menu items prompt and always friendly. Highly suggest. I did get avocado toast the last time I was there and it was toasted so that's nice but there was no bacon and I did ask for some. That's alright it was delicious.“

“Man at the counter was friendly. I did not notice a drive thru so I went in. I browsed the selection and noticed the small donut holes. The price each for 5 was less than price each for 10. The math didn't seem to give an equal or better price in bulk. I didn't snatched a pic of the sign and it was really early, if process are updated is be happy to adjust review. Great place to buy coffee, my dad liked the coffee. The tea was good ?

“Great service, was a little noisy because of the rush of people this morning and the employee working with me handled it really well considering how fast everything was going. Grabbed a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, strawberrry frosted donut, and a caramel capp w/ 2 shots. Food was great and was done within less than 10 minutes. First and definitely not the last time I'll visit. Wish they were open later!“
