“It was my birthday and I had to go to Allentown for business reasons so I didn't have many known options for what I wanted in the area because the restaurants I like the most in Allentown and Bethlehem I have already been to several times and they don't make mofongo. I found this place and since I got there the girl who served us was super friendly and attentive. We ordered an octopus salad to start and it was divine. Then we ordered a mofongo in sauce with shrimp that was finger-licking good and my mom ordered a sancocho with rice with seafood that wasn't even a bit left over lol… The portions are quite large and I personally had enough for two dinners, super delicious. The staff sang my birthday and everyone was super friendly. Of course I recommend this place.“

“When I tell you this was delicious, that’s an understatement!!!!! My husband and drove to Allentown and decided to stop there to grab some food. We drove an hour back home and the food was still nicely warm so I didn’t even need to heat it up!!!!! EVERYTHING was tender and soooo damn good! We are going to host a party and I think I’ll be ordering food from here so I don’t have to cook. We will definitely made that 40 min drive!!!“

Although there was a language barrier they still took their time with my order and smiled and treated me right. Best rice and peas in city in my opinion.
