“Perfect 10 across the board. It was a half hour till close, I rolled up and got my order in the cool dude that helped me asked about my pins I had on, I asked about some menu items, he helped me out, super awesome guy, the cooks were super awesome, they didn't even care I rolled on in with 30min till close, they just chatted and laughed, had fun jammed to the music over the stores system. It was just super nice. The food was hella good, they gave me the perfect amount of fries and just over all... Would live in this five guys“

“We always pick here because we try to eat healthier if we have to eat out and my son likes chicken and this chicken's a lot better tasting and healthier than anything from McDonald's or sheetz, and probably around the same price even though people think it's more expensive. If you're not spiritual you may not like the place because it's quite Christian with Bible verses hiden all over, which I think pretty neat, I had a bit of a spiritual experience here one day a ton of synchronicities just when I needed the reminder that I am not alone I have a mighty protector who watches over me, regardless of my beliefs and will use anything even the Bible to speak to me.

Kid-friendliness: Healthy kids menu with healthy drink and side of choice.“

“The young men working today were super nice to me and others. The one guy helped some ladies that were having trouble navigating (one had a walker and the other had a cane). So thoughtful of him to make it easier on them. I always enjoy eating there when I'm in Altoona. God bless these young men!!!“

“We order lunch at this location quite often and we're 90% satisfied for the last 3 years. Some days are a little off. I'm a big fan of the market fresh honey mustard chicken wrap, and the jalapeño poppers are the bomb. I do wish there was an option to have burgers cooked well done though. The classic roast beef has a lot less beef than it used to. It's a typical eat-in experience, so we usually order through mobile for pickup and that works fine.“

“The food here is great if it's made by certain staff. As for second shift crew they can be friendly or not so friendly it's in between depends on who's working the window that day. Yesterday, I had a guy with an attitude and terrible customer service and I was friendly with him used all my manners. So it just all depends the atmosphere is kid friendly and they serve the Krabby Patty meal which in my opinion was very good. The fries were fresh and everything was given to me in a timely manner.

Parking: The Plank road and the one over near Altoona Hospital both have good parking it is easily accessible.

Kid-friendliness: They offer kids meals while also having a wide selection of foods. The staff can be good with the kids or just completely ignore them it's an in between thing.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it has wheelchair accessibility.“

“Really like this location restaurant at 1300 7th. Another Wendy’s on Plank Rd made a the mistake saying I was at the wrong Wendy’s, but I was not, they were very nice and honored my order on app. Management was great very courteous at 1300 street location . “

“Always have a great meal when we stop. Today was no exception. The only issues I had was spending $43 and not getting credit in my rewards account even though I scanned it, and then after opening my sandwich it was steak instead of chicken. They were too busy to even let them know and it wasn’t a hassle but kinda disappointed us with it being made wrong. Still always a step above Subway.“

“Ordered online, when I got there, they couldn't find the order. I backed out of the drive thru, waited 5 minutes, went back and they still didn't find my order. So I ordered something different. The guy at the drive thru was very patient and super nice“

“1st time as a Frenchman in this restaurant chain... it didn't necessarily disappoint me even if it's a fairly simple dish.

The products are fresh, I recommend to try.

“So tonight about 8 minutes till closing. There were 2 younger male employees working. I opened the door and asked if I could come in. As they were in the middle of cleaning up which they should have been doing anyway. They both agreed to let me come in to get my two subs which they didn't have to do. And made my experience there a great one. They dealt with my indecisiveness for a second with a smile and let me take my time. So hats off to the two gentlemen that we're working tonight.“

“We won't be dining in anymore. If we ever decide to eat, I'll just do a pick up. The younger workers were polite and the older ones seemed miserable. The lady running the cashier made me feel like a burden when I got there. Didn't greet me, just stared until I said what I wanted. We said thank you to the older guy that delivered our pizza and just completely ignored us. However, I noticed when a gentleman and his son were there she was really friendly to them. So I'm assuming it was just me and my family.“

“Good for quick snacks. Definitely not healthy and no nutritional value. Main ingredient are flour, yeast and butter in a pretzel. So if you like eating baked dough , they got good selection. They do have lemonade style drinks with different flavors, definitely overpriced but people enjoy that. Service is fast , usually 3-4 employees cramped in the their small kiosk style establishment. Try it.“
