But our visit on Saturday, October 25, 2025, was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had here. Our group of 11, which included family visiting from out of town, was so excited to show them one of our favorite spots. Instead, the woman cooking during day shift made multiple rude and unprofessional comments about our food as she was bringing it out to us. Her tone and attitude were completely out of line and instantly killed the mood for the entire table. It was embarrassing and honestly shocking to be treated that way — especially at a place we’ve supported and recommended for so long. What should have been a fun, welcoming experience turned uncomfortable because of one person’s behavior. Management really needs to address this, because regulars like us shouldn’t have to think twice about bringing guests here.“
