One of the best bars in Altoona. Food is exceptional and so is the service. The place is clean and inviting. Couldn’t recommend Black and Gold more. You won’t be disappointed.
I love their wings, and they have the best deal on them I've seen in the area. People are chill here. It is a smoking bar and they're cash only.
