“Pretty decent mì quảng tho it has too much broth and chicken is a but too dry. I like how they have banana blossom because not a lot of place does. Bún bò is pretty standard; it has beef, pork pie, and pork blood cube. I did have to add a bit more mắm ruốc (which is available on the table). It seems their red meat bánh mì might be good as it was sold out when we were there. Pretty small restaurant.“

“I came here for the first time today (July 21 at 1 PM), and wow, this place blew me away. The food was phenomenal and packed with flavor, but what really made my visit unforgettable was the service.

From the second I walked in, the entire staff was all smiles, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. I wish I remembered the name of the bald waiter who helped me because he was AMAZING. Not only did he walk me through the menu (as a first-timer), but he also showed me how to properly use the dipping sauces. Super helpful without ever making me feel awkward or rushed.

When I asked for my food to go, he even gave me extra rice to take home! And get this, I accidentally almost left with their water cup, and instead of making it weird, he handed me a to-go cup of water without me even asking. That’s top-tier hospitality.

You can tell the team here really cares and works hard. I left full, happy, and seriously impressed. I’m already planning my next visit. If you’re thinking about coming, DO IT. You won’t regret it.

coming back) but i wish it wasn't as ... sweet? i really enjoy banh mi for its mixture of sweet, spiciness, and freshness, but the banh mi here is just really, really sweet. wish they'd add more peppers as well, or at least give a spicy option like hank's.

“I came here yesterday after an appointment and was so happy I did! Such a cute, small place and the food was amazing. It was a super cold day so I was craving something warm and the pho definitely satisfied that craving :) I got the beef broth with the rare steak and brisket. I also ordered the crispy spring roll and the Thai pearl milk tea and was pleased with everything I ordered. Everything came out super fast, service was great, and very affordable prices! No complaints and can’t wait to go back ☺️“

“Trying this place we were in the area.
I did read someone reviews talking about “the waiter was in the bad mood” I think our waiter was the waiter that the person mentioned about. He did seems cold and not friendly.. didn’t see any warm welcome smile but he still did what he need to be done. Probably that his actual personality, as long as he didn’t being rude or nasty with the service I’m ok.
The spring rolls usually came out super hot everytime we ate in every Vietnamese place, but in here came out warm. They might had this on hot box ready to go or quick refried them not sure, the taste was good.
My husband had meatballs pho and I had pork banh mi. The soup was pretty good but I didn’t really like the banh mi that much.“

“I have eaten phó at every restaurant in Philly. The phó here is tied for 1st place along another beef phó restaurant in Southwest Philly. The cuts of meat here were prime and plentiful. A very nice portion size. Service was unbelievable fast! Nice atmosphere.“

“I always get the chicken Phó, this is one of the only places that serves it in chicken broth.
The staff is small and kind, and the service is pretty fast. I can pop in an hour before work and be eating in 5 or so minutes then on my way.
