“I want to give a shout out to George for his excellent customer service tonight. I ordered my meal through the noodles app and door dash or Uber eats was supposed to deliver it. After 2 hours, my meal was still not delivered. I called the store and spoke to George and asked if I could pick it up instead. Once I arrived to the store, George was kind enough to make us a new meal, give us 2 coupons, and request a refund for me for the inconvenience. Even though this inconvenience wasn’t on noodles, George was kind enough to go above and beyond for us.Thank you for the excellent customer service, noodles never disappoints!“

“Usually we love noodles and Company, but tonight I went in and made an order to go for 3 meals. Arrived home (45 min drive) and there was chicken on the pesto cavatappi. We are vegetarians. Meal was wasted. Very upset about this.“

“We LOVE Kanlaya. Small family run business. Food is amazing and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Some of our family favorites: Crab Rangoon, Tom kha soup, Pad woon sen, pineapple fried rice, all the curry’s, and the fried banana dessert is so good. Take the 0-4 Spice level seriously. 😉 I get Spicy 1 and that is plenty spicy.“

“Really enjoyed our meal at Noodles & Company! We tried the Udon Noodle Bowl and Basil Pesto Pasta, and both were delicious. The staff was very accommodating with Jain food requirements, and she went over the allergen booklet to accomodate which we really appreciated. The flavors were fresh, comforting, and satisfying. It’s always nice to find places that are flexible with dietary preferences while still serving tasty food. Definitely a good spot for a quick and flavorful meal! “Our first time ordering from here. Food was delicious!! Although, one of the orders was not correct. My wife ordered a Hunan beef meal, which was supposed to include fried rice and roti. Instead of receiving roti, she received an order of white rice…. which means she received two orders of rice!! She was not happy and we did not receive what we paid for.“

“The seating is a little tight, I wish they would expand. Their food on the other hand to delicious, out of all the ramen places I have tried in Pittsburgh, this one is my favorite, even their appetizers are very good. The service is usually very good, this last time I went the waitress was a little rude, but ill give her the benefit of the doubt because it was very busy and she was probably frustrated.“

“This is wonderfully delicious mall Chinese food. You have to know what you’re getting, this is not a fancy place. It’s quick, satisfying, fast food Chinese. And honestly, I enjoy it more than most of the sit down Chinese places around. The orange chicken is crispy and sweet. The real star is the bourbon chicken, it’s not battered and it’s moist and savory and delicious. The fried rice is very good too, it’s more sticky than usual fried rice and has more flavor. The noodles taste great too. I come to the mall just to get this Chinese food, it really hits the spot.“

“I always order the chicken Pad Thai. This is my first time here and 3rd Noodles and Company. It tasted different and was way better than the other two. I actually saw the grill marks on the chicken. I have never seen that before and I got alot more.“

“By far, my favorite coconut shrimp in all of Pittsburgh. Its creamy, not crispy, (you all should try it) and the shrimp are plump and plentiful. Our server Julia was attentive and prompt. Got to meet the owner Wayway who was very pleasant. I plan on going there very often“

“This was our first time ordering take out from Hunan Palace. We are very happy with our choice. The steamed dumplings are big and fresh with a delicious dipping sauce. We also ordered wonton soup, egg drop, moo goo gai pan, lo mein, and pork fried rice. The portions are really good. We will definitely be ordering again. Hot,fresh and flavorful. You wont be disappointed.“

“Food very good priced right but you get what you order and pay for and that’s it. No hot tea no crispy noodles tiny dab of duck sauce for huge egg roll. Place empty Friday night. Need to improve or not going to make it“
