Always delicious food and friendly staff.
My Husband, Daughter and I stopped at the Altoona Texas Roadhouse for lunch today. This was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Roadhouse. Our server, Becca, was awesome!! She checked on us often to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious, as usual! And on our way our, 5 different people told us to have a good day, yes I counted :)
My family and I have been going to Texas Roadhouse for many years now. In all of those years, there have only been two occurrences that come to mind where there was really any issue with anything. On both occurrences about two years apart, my steak was not cooked correctly. The first visit I am referencing took four times to correct, but was corrected without attitude from the waitress nor the manager and we were not charged for the steak in the end.
