“We checked in, then people that came in after us got seated, when we checked to see what was going on, we were not in the system, then the table we were seated at had the previous people check on the table side paying kiosk, not cleared so the waitress thought we were them so waited awhile to serve us, then she rarely checked on us after that , we had to ask other waitresses to help us“

“Shawn and his staff knocked it out of the park on our recent visit last Saturday evening! Place was packed to the brim and yet the service and food were all spot on. Our server Laryssa was on top of everything we needed and was such a nice gal. The kitchen was turning out a ton of food but our appetizers came out quickly and our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. Shawn came over and introduced himself between bussing tables and asked if he could help the staff with anything. Super nice guy who was working right alongside his people to make sure our meal was great. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying another evening with these fine folks soon!“

“This was our second time here but the first of this location second time in probably 10 plus years. The first time was in McCandless and when I asked to have my steak sandwich hot they wouldn't do it so I walked out. I noticed recently that they started making their sandwiches hot so I went in to try the steak sandwich again cheesesteak of course having to have my sandwich how I want it I asked that they would Grill the inside of the bread which I did at the previous location. The first response was we can't do that and I laughed. I said you have a grill I simply want you to toast the inside of my bun because I like it more like a toast as opposed to Raw bread that gets soggy. She went back she asked a supervisor and they said yes. I don't understand why it's such a difficult proposition. In any way shape or form we got it and it tasted really good. We also got the old fashioned and it was really good as well for my wife. We'll probably be back again at some point try something else“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“This location was SLAMMED this labor day weekend. I watched 2 girls accommodate a high volume of door dash and in store orders. They reset the stations mid way, sanitizing and cleaning up. I gladly waited for my high quality 8 ingredient smoothie. The employees got killed but did it with a smile. I love your stores and can't wait ro see more locations in the future! I hope you can find more employees like the girls working at 2pm on 8/31/25!“

“I'd like to make it clear that the entire staff here is really great. The atmosphere has an easy going air to it, but reeled in enough to be business oriented and taking care of things.
I'd like to highlight Quay, an absolute joy to interact with. Asking all the right questions (those I didn't contemplate), patient as I figured it out, and she was extremely personable.
This type of service, this environment is what will have me returning.

“My family and I stop by often for a healthy salad bar. It’s always fresh and delicious. Today we met a nice young lady, Kate, who was bussing tables. She went out of her way to get my husband his favorite dressing when it wasn’t on the salad bar. She was super friendly and made our stop there extra special today. And I can’t say enough about the manager, Joe. Super nice guy. I think it’s great that Jason’s Deli hires special needs adults. We will continue to support this business as often as possible.“

“If you want to try something new and you love Chicken this is the spot. The chicken and fresh and juicy all the way through and the flavor is powerful. Every bite you eat it's like that first bite. NOT ONLY IS THE FOOD THE BEST AROUND (I drive a hour here every weekend to come get some) but the customer service is great.

Shaun the guy behind the counter is another reason I come back. He's always happy to serve you and will make you feel comfortable and at home. All these guys here treat you like they've known you their whole life I can't imagine anyone ever coming here and having a bad experience. Take my word into consideration but you truly won't get it until you come try it for yourself.
