“Had an okay experience at Tria. When we arrived we were given a choice to where to sit but after being sat it felt very rushed and confusing having 3 different people wait on us and not giving enough time for us to browse the menu (it took the third person talking to us to even properly greet us to the restaurant). Thankfully the best part of the restaurant was that the food was overall delicious, specifically the buratta small plate and the short rib panini. Sunday special they had was nice, the wine quality was good, but overall this experience was good.“

City Winery Philadelphia Wine Bar • $$
990 Filbert St, Philadelphia - 7.8 miles

“This was me and my fiances first time at City Winery. We were greeted by the Hostess Susan who was very informative of upcoming promotions and she even offered a tour of the establishment. The wait was not long as we were seated pretty quickly. The service was phenomenal the server Cel was welcoming and had me and my fiancé laughing and enjoying ourselves from the moment we were seated. Cel made several suggestions on food as well as drinks. During the visit we learned that Cel is a bartender as well and invited us to come back which we will. The Braised Short Rib was flavorful and was a rather large portion. My fiancé had the Branzino he loved it and was ready to order one to go. Will recommend this place to all of our friends and family. We will be back for the Vivian Green show in May.“

“Checked out The Victor Cafe founded in 1918, a little gem of an Italian restaurant in South Philly. All staff are also opera singers and perform an aria every 30 minutes. Also, this place was featured in Rocky Balboa and Creed as Adian's Restaurant. This place is definitely worth a visit. Recommend having a reservation.“
