“We just had the most amazing pizza, beer and wine at Sabatini’s. Gina was our waitress and she went above and beyond! Truly incredible pizza pie! We order 3 smalls and each and every one was better than the next! Yea it’s cash only but there is an atm in the lobby. Totally and completely worth every bite! Tall booths, lanterns and lovely atmosphere! The Sabatinis bar next door is totally cool and we picked up quite a few different kinds of beers to take home to Ct with us! Also, the buffalo hot wings were a fabulous app! Totally and highly recommend! Wow!“
“Had our daughters Sweet 16 party here with about 70 people, a DJ and lots of younger kids. This place is the PERFECT place to host any party! We were all impressed with this venue. There is enough space to dance and have a DJ but a place on the other side to relax play pool/fooseball and just hang out if the music is too much for guests. The staff there helped carry things in and had the whole place set up ready to be decorated! Also, everyone knows the worst part of any event is the clean up. Well, Broadway Tavern told us to take what we wanted and leave the rest up to them!!!!! I will definitely be using this place in the future!! HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“Love this place! It’s got that old-school neighborhood vibe where everyone feels welcome the moment you walk in. The bartenders are super friendly — they actually remember your name and your drink after a visit or two. Drinks are delicious, cheap, and always served with a smile. It’s cash only, but there’s an ATM right inside, so no big deal. Perfect spot to unwind, chat with locals, or just enjoy a laid-back night without breaking the bank. “I ate here for the First time ever while attending a wedding reception this past weekend. The appetizers of Pizza and Wings were absolutely amazing and the main course was even better. The food was cook perfectly and the drinks were also made great. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. While we ate under the pavilion behind the restaurant, the restaurant itself has outdoor seating in the back with TV’s to watch your favorite game. If yup haven’t been here before, stop by and give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.“

“This restaurant is an area landmark for a unique sweet pizza. It has been in Hanover Section of Nanticoke for decades and is still very popular. The pizza pies are smaller than other places, but they've always been that size. The prices are reasonable compared to other places, and the pizza has its own taste. It is always served hot and quick. The inside has a bar in addition to a dining area. You can also order for take out. It is worth trying if you've never had it to see if you like the unique pizza style served at Ruby's. There is plenty of parking and they DON'T deliver.“

“It has a dive bar vibe with a huge bar area surrounded by some tables. It gets pretty busy at night. We didn't eat, but the pizza and wings looked good.
It seems like a great spot for drinks with friends or if you enjoy pulling up a few seats at the bar and people-watching.“

“Small bar and restaurant with a pool table. We ordered fresh cut fries with cheese and bacon (real bacon, not real cheese) and wings. I ordered the house special sauce, a mix of wing sauce, bbq and parm cheese. It was not the best. The bites were good otherwise. Not too bad price-wise.“

“I'm a regular here, and it's the only bar in the area that I feel comfortable enough to go to by myself and have a beer. The employees are all very friendly and welcoming, the food is great, the beer is cold, and the bathrooms are clean. It's not a large bar, but it's definitely on a more intimate level where you learn to know everyone that comes in. I have introduced a lot of my friends to this bar, and they love it as well. I will recommend them to anyone that wants a good beer and hot food.“

“We celebrated a surprise Birthday here and the trays of wings I ordered were piping hot and delicious!!! The service and gratitude from the Bar owner and staff made us feel very welcome. This bar got a bad rap for awhile when they were leasing it out, but their has been a big change in things there. This was my 3rd time here for a party and every time we had a very nice time. Their patrons, bartenders, and staff are very friendly, and inviting. Its good to see that some of these past bars are making a great come back! They sell food if your hungry, and there is plenty of parking in the parking lot just outside.“
“It's not the Nicest Place, but its never overcrowded & the prices are not that bad if you know how to find it in the BoonDocks! I'd recommend hanging out there. There is plenty of off street parking across the street. (Thats the one complaint, the owner is obsessed with having people towed from "his parking lot" god forbid should you not want to drive drunk. Or should a neighbor park there for a little bit, when a bar with happy neighbors means having a good eye kept on place for breakins in the bar and customers cars instead of pissing off neighbors who may say oh well not my problem!)“

We stopped by for dinner and drinks tonight. My husband had chicken cheese steak and it was delicious. The chicken is fresh not frozen. The bun was toasted. So delicious. . Made to order, asked if he wanted the peppers and cheese on it. He dis. So yummy
I had a pizza with onions. It was thin and and plenty of cheese and onions. They were not skimpy. . It was so delicious .

“What is the difference between tavern and bar? They both serve alcohol, but a tavern is more sophisticated with an “emphasis on the food.”
Town Tavern is a simple by nature, with a long bar and a rear seating area with tables and hi-tops. They keep the menu fairly simple by pub grub standards, with pizza, sandwiches and their next-level wings. As the definition says, an emphasis on food, in this case “the wings.”
Life is short. Tomorrow is never promised, so Eat the Wings! Enjoy yourself. If you consider them a guilty pleasure, you don’t deserve them. I would say “live deliberately” and try the Cajun or Sweet Thai Chili - my favorite two sauces. The wings come in orders of 10, but based on the size and quality of the wing, 10 is plenty. Would love to see a “fleet” of wings similar to beer tasting. Hard to choose from the 34 sauce flavors and six dry rubs.
The cost of the wings are listed on the menu as “market price.” Just like eating a lobster! Regardless of the current price, they are worth every penny.
I have seen a few reviews saying it takes too long. Please, if you want fast food, go to a place that serves it. If you want high quality - crispy wing on the outside and juicy on the inside, tossed in one of their beautiful signature sauces, wait for that level of preparation. Highly recommend a visit to the Town Tavern. An order of ten of their wings and a cold on-tap beer is truly one of life’s simple pleasure. Enjoy yourself, it’s later than you think.“
