This is what you get for a $25 delivery. Ordered a borito. I got a ball wrapped in foil.
If I wanted a bowl I would have ordered that.
Crazy considering how expensive this stuff is now. First time ordering here. I was excited for this location to open but I won't be coming back.
No animosity to the workers here. This is a failure at the upper level. Pay your workers and maybe they'll care more about quality control.

This chipotle is always disgusting, food all over the counters, especially at the register?? The employees are miserable and slop the food into the bowls/burritos. And to top it off, that never seem to have the food and toppings available.
They just opened a few months ago. Fairly a new location and will have room to grow with online orders etc. There's a long line at times when they first started to open. Its a good 👍 location to have one in this area. Some workers are friendly, while some can't handle the stress and will give customers attitude about online order. I know that its a tough job. Chipotle Mexican Grill is a fairly new location that just opened a few months ago in the Aston area. It is a good location to have one in this area and will have room to grow with online orders. There is a long line at times when they first started to open. Some workers are friendly, while some can't handle the stress and will give customers attitude about online order. Workers did apologize about the inconvenience of running low or out of things. The last time a customer waited was about a half hour. The food was fresh and very very good, and the service from the counter girl was so friendly and professional. She was really enjoying her job and it made for a great dining experience. However, one customer was a bit disappointed they open at 10:45 AM and it is 11 AM and they do not have several items they are supposed to have when they open up such chimichurri sauce was not made. They did not have any guac and the food looked like it's been sitting there for over an hour. This location has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. They hand out to go orders fast and accurate. The burritos were HUGE and the food is always good every single time.
