“Been a patron of this Applebees for years and found it silly how I haven't given a review yet. Never had any issues here. Rather the experience was in person or through an online order. The staff is always courteous and lovely. There's been some occassions in ehich the manager eould come around asking of how the staff service is. And I never recall being dissatisfied while here. Wish I could be a bit more critical but I always know what to expect when I come here. Good food and good people.

If I would critique anything, there were only a handful of times in which a staff member had us waiting a bit for curbside...but one just has to take into account that this is a restaurant in which the employees are working together but also on top of taking care of the customers who are dining in. And when the service was a bit late, the employees were always very courteous by giving an apology or communicating the wait time to us out in the cars. Once again, I give them total grace as it's a rare occasion.“

“I ordered lunch for my family, for take out. One item was loaded potato puffs. They came with a very small drizzle of sour cream and a few small pieces of bacon. most were dry and plain. Very frustrating as this was my husbands only food he ordered and will be eating 😔“

“We had our Dad’s 70th birthday party in the room downstairs last weekend, and everything worked out so well! Kristina was wonderful with answering all of my questions (I had a LOT, lol), and the party went off without a hitch! They even managed to put a slideshow of pictures up on one of the TV’s for everyone to view, which I very much appreciated. The food was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and Shannon, our bartender, was amazing! Highly recommend booking the space if you’re looking to hold a party!“

“So much fun! By far the most realistic indoor golf simulator. They have so much to offer such as a club pro for lessons, tournaments, leagues and club fittings. I could ramble on and on but you just need to see for yourself!“

“Bartenders, cooks were cool as the other side of the pillow. Other Patrons were friendly as well. Mixed crowded interacting like family at a barbecue. Women are very approachable (not stuck up or with bad attitudes) definitely a place that I would go back, too.

John Daily 6/10- would have preferred real ice tea vs what appears to be iced tea mix. Bartender/waitress offered to switch out for free. Wings- sweet chili 10:10 On Point. Maybe a few wet naps Draft beer selection- great. Hammerhead 10/10 Nachos- 7/10 wish more pico but overall great with chicken and guacamole Ham/Cheese with cranberry- 4/10 too much ham, too little cheese.. no cranberry. Told out after the fact. Staff needed roller blades- Waitress was bartender… she did a great job! 8/10. We’ll be back“

The bar tender was very friendly. Served me a double of what I needed to forget my troubles. They don’t serve food though. But that’s ok.“

“My first experience here about 7 years ago was terrible! The bartender made me not want to come back. I somehow ended up here with my mom and brother. It was a totally different experience. Everyone was nice and welcoming , Customers and employees. The bartender (I think his name was Joe) was very attentive. The nice lady trying to get us to do karaoke was a whole vibe! “We just moved to Ridley Park this past year and have been meaning to hop in the car and give Casey’s a try! So glad that we did! Walking in on a Thursday evening The downstairs bar and pub had people surrounding the bar area. There is plenty of space and high top tables in the pub section with music playing at just the right volume. Pub was clean, menus are fantastic with a large variety of items to choose from. On a dreary and cold day, we opted for lots of comfort foods and we were not disappointed! The food is served, piping hot, and delicious, and they have a lot of their own signature dishes here to tempt your tastebuds. There is an upstairs full service restaurant. We have not gone in to try it out yet, but we really loved the pub and bar section. There is a ton of parking there you’ll never not have a parking spot- our bartender was our waitress and she hustled and did a great job taking care of us. We will be back and very soon and most likely will bring a few family members to try it out too!“

“My wife's favorite pizza is Grotto's. We live in Boyertown PA., and make the hour and 15 min trip when she's jonesing for a pie. Every time we are there, we are treated with the best hospitality and world class service. When the staff finds out how far we traveled, just to be there, they are genuinely surprised.

“Omg! Ralissa is amazing. I called and had an issue with my door dash that charged me to deliver a drink when for some reason all the food got deleted off of the order. They gave me the run around about it and it took forever to even consider them getting a refund. They wouldn't refund me for an accidental 10 dollar drink. But I called and Ralissa asked her higher ups worked her magic and gave me the refund when she cancelled it on her end. I attempted to order through the door dash/Uber site again and this time the food went through. Well guess what was waiting for me in the bag not only did she put the drink that she comp for my hassle but she wrote a note to me that she wanted me to have the drink. It made me feel so special. I called her back and thanked her. I made sure to write this review about her because she really went above and beyond. I pray many blessings on her life and that she never lose that extra light she has!“
