“This is my go to Chinese place in the area and I order about once a month and the food is always good. They did get rid of their sweet and sour soup which is my favorite, so eventually I’ll probably try somewhere new (this place is just a two minute drive from my house so it wins out of convenience) I wouldn’t say it’s the best food but it’s good- I don’t like my food over seasoned and like to actually taste the food though- their ingredients seem to be fresh and good quality, great quality veggies which is why I like it here.HOWEVER they have a really annoying cash only policy. If your order is below $10 you have to pay cash. Who carries cash?! I tried to order yesterday, my order was $8.50 and they wouldn’t allow me to order because I didn’t have cash! Which seems really crazy and bad for their business to turn down orders over a credit card fee? Just charge me the fifty cents to use a card, who cares.“

“This place is definitely our new go-to! We've been looking for a place with excellent General Tao's chicken and they have it. Sushi was fantastic; incredible roll was named correctly. Large portions and we received a very sweet note from the owner with our order. We'll be back!“

“The chef and server were very friendly and efficient. I had an array of different dishes and they all had great presentation aswell as flavor. I’d recommend their coconut shrimp because it comes with this coconut sauce that is to die for. The crab ragoons were so hot and crabby cream cheesy. Delicious. Miso soup is an obvious staple and they have a good soup. Anyway 9/10 only thing was the salmon roe sushi’s seaweed was too chewy. Other than that it was great.“

“Oh how I love the menu, the ingredients, the employees, and the atmosphere. I just fill out my order on a piece of paper and hand it over to the server. May I say, she knew how to hook me up! Because, in my experience, I've never received a poke bowl filled close to its capacity. Other restaurants I've visited were quite ungenerous with their servings. “The Braised Short Rib is beyond perfection. I truly mean perfect. The food overall was amazing. I was surprised the drinks were not good. Most things just taste like lemon juice and one drink was so bad I left it full. I will say their chilled saké is good. Great food, great service. Will be back again for sure.“

“We had previously always gone to Vic's in Rosemont... (ie Near Villanova). This location in Havertown is fantastic. They are reasonably priced, but the food is always fresh and super good. I highly recommend the three roll deal :-) Their menu is expanding as well. Outside of traditional sushi, they have other entrées as well. I was shocked at how good some of the food was. I would highly recommend them.“

“We go there every time with my husband because the people who work there are the most thoughtful, hospitable, and caring people in town! Sena has always impressed me with how she realized who I was and what my name was on the phone when I called to make an appointment, always remembered that I was gluten free and made sure that I got the best service even on Bam Bam’s busiest days! I totally recommend their Bibimbap. My husband has almost tried everything on the menu and he loves them too. But again, nothing can beat Sena’s and other staff’s hospitality. We will go back again and again!“

“So I'm writing this review literally one hour after picking up and digging in to margherita, buffalo chicken and cheesesteak pizzas with some friends. "OK," the family says, "best pizza ever." Super tasty, crust is chewy and flavorable, and the team there were so nice. We will most definitely be back!“

“My wife and I went for our first time tonight and was blown away! The food was incredible and very fresh, and the service (Gwen was our waitress) was amazing! We had no wait for a table and restaurant is very clean! We will be coming back often and recommending!“

“Food was delicious service attentive well worth the price place was very clean my only complaint or criticism was I let our server know my husband had a shellfish allergy and she kind of looked at me and didn't say much then when he ordered his platter he wasn't made aware that 2 of the item had shellfish in them I thought to ask because they looked iffy and the man I asked said oh that's shrimp dumplings and the other is crab so I took 1 of the items so it wouldn't go to waste the other I asked the server nicely if it was possible to take it off the bill since he couldn't eat it and I didn't want his food she proceeded to ask again If I wanted to take it home and I said no and nothing was taken off the bill which was a little frustrating but the food was amazing quality over all I just think the service could of been a little better“

“Al Chu’s is a hidden gem located inside the DECO food court in downtown Wilmington. Overall great sushi, and you can’t beat the option of organic cantaloupe & pineapples. I’ve had a few rolls here but the Al Chu’s signature roll is a must try.“

“Relatively hip and less expensive dining option for hibachi, in house rolled sushi, Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Usually not extremely busy. Friendly staff, very fast service typically, friendly prices that equate to a very decent meal before maybe going to the regal theater just around the corner for a dinner and movie night that won't kill your wallet these days. If you're looking for a dine in option (take out/delivery available as well) that's not formal or overpriced, yet still decent Chinese/Japanese food, this is definitely a great choice.“

“We ordered on DoorDash. The bag was stapled at the top to be held upwards but the food was sideways. My rolls got soaked in sauce. Not a terrible thing but I’d prefer they were crispy. Highly recommend a different bagging/to go technique. The food was delicious nonetheless. I enjoyed everything in my bento box. The miso soup was good too. The dumplings were tasty but i had to pick out the beans/green vegetables was on it. Personal preference but other than that i will definitely order again. The salad was good wish it were more but it was a lunch combo so not complaining at all. Their ginger salad dressing was amazing.“

“I love Kawa. It’s my favorite sushi restaurant so far and I’ve gone to tons of sushi restaurants in the past and in Japan. The presentation is beautiful, the servings are healthy, and the rice is just ?? delicioso.The servers are so kind and attentive. We love them. Also shoutout to the sushi chefs for being so talented and awesome.We always get their Toro and Uni sushi. Next on the list is hamachi, smoked salmon and tamago. “Got take out tonight for me and my parents and everything was absolutely delicious!!My dads go to is the Tom yum soup and it’s his favorite soup ever! “Loved the aesthetic and delicious sushi! The fish was quality! A lot of sushi places around here can get pretty crazy with what they put on rolls but Miyake has knocked it out of the park with its wonderfully balanced rolls. We didn't partake in the specials but it looks like they frequently change things up so we should always have something fun to try!“

“Since new Owner (Linda) has taken over this establishment, it has become my "go to sushi joint"!! Their sushi chefs (John & Yanni) are both amazingly talented and they have created custom sushi rolls for me according to my preferred fish and other ingredients. Presentation is awesome as is the freshness and tasty items they prepare. Linda and her Manager (Cindy) are so welcoming and very attentive to their guests...making everyone feel like a VIP!! “Second time I've been here and the chicken green curry just hits for me, savory and filling with depths of flavor. Other places I go to make it too ginger-forward but Wasabi 2 does it right. We also got the chicken yakitori, tuna nigiri, tuna roll, and fabulous roll (tuna inside and out)! Great service with water refills and ordering takeout. An amazing spot for ordering out or a clean, cozy space for dining in! I love to visit after a run to Costco nearby.“
