Everything they make is delicious but my absolute, favorite thing to order is the pineapple ginger lemonade! It’s refreshing, the perfect ratio of pineapple and ginger, also just sweet enough to complement the fried plantain! If you see that purple truck it’s go time, don’t miss out and you won’t be disappointed!! The staff is always friendly and willing to help you if you have special requests! “I have enjoyed many products from Taste of Puebla over the years as they come to my local farmers market. Recently I tried 2 new products - the jalapeño poppers and the queso. Both are quite tasty. The poppers fried up well and are full of flavor. The queso is creamy and not too salty. it's great as a dip or on nachos. I highly recommend both!“
