If I had to pick number one best Chinese food around Pittsburgh, this is the place for sure. There is another location in the area not too far I eat at too and I'm a fan but this location is number one hands down. The Won Ton Soup and The Egg Drop Soup are the best soup I ever tasted in a Chinese restaurant. My son who is a Kindergartner loves the Sweet And Sour Chicken, the fried donuts, and the fried dumplings. My favorite entree is the Shrimp with Broccoli and best house fried rice ever. I get take out a lot but the restaurant is beautiful and great atmosphere for kids. And they give great deals, so China City my number one favorite Chinese in the area.“

“Wanted to leave a review for catering for this place. Pre-ordered many trays of food for a future event and date/time of pickup went flawless. 10/10 happy with this place. If you want to host a large party and need trays of food, this is definitely the place to order from. Many people asked where did I order this from because they were impressed with the quantity and taste of the food. Not my primary place for chinese but had exactly what I needed for an event. Thank you guys! (Photos is for one tray of general tso, I would say this is enough for 8 people, sides are not inlcuded. I ordered a variety of 10 trays and very happy I went here.)“

“Pretty average Chinese food however some of the best spring rolls I've eaten anywhere. They even have something called chicken balls. (Barnyard oysters?) I figured they would be kind of small but actually they are hush puppies. Looks like every other Chinese take away in the nation. There is half a dozen tables and standard unfriendly Chinese service. ?“

“We stopped by on a whim looking for something different in the area. The staff were very friendly and attentive, quick service. The food was really good and the serve large portions. They accidentally got part of my husband's order wrong but promptly fixed it without an issue. I had cashew chicken. The sauce was flavorful and I appreciated having the added vegetables, all was very fresh. The fried rice was great. Crab rangoons were fresh! Husband had tofu pad thai, spicy which he said was also fresh and good. Quiet atmosphere at the time we went (6pm on a Wednesday). We will definitely visit again!“

“Traveling and decided on some Chinese food. Called our order in and when we arrived 10 minutes later it was ready. The women at the counter was very friendly and polite. We ordered the Dragon & Phoenix and having ordered this from other restaurant I can say it was probably one of the best, because the vegetables and seafood were fresh and it had a great flavor. We also ordered the house special Lo Mein and it too was really good. Had a great flavor and everything tasted fresh. Very reasonably priced. Only draw back to this location, very limited parking.“

“This is a good tasting food. Good selection even for lunch. Service is great also. I just read where this is ONLY take out now. I hope that it is not true. Otherwise I'm not going. Maybe they don't realize that people drive to eat at their buffet. I'd rather see them raise prices and use Chinet paper plates than become a take out only place.“
