Arby's Cheesesteak is vastly superior over the newly opened Rutter's, 500 feet away.
Love their perfectly melted, gooey, cheese and peppers covering the meat.

Food is great. Several sodas were out. The tables were dirty. Floor needed mopped. No toilet paper in ladies room.
