I don’t usually do fast food but I enjoy a Gyro so I stop by Arby’s when I am out on a work trip for a quick lunch. Seems like Arby’s is going under. Supply’s and staffing always seem to be lacking. And I am talking about ALL the Arby’s I have stopped at.
We ordered ahead in the app. When we arrived none of the food was ready or even started. All, or nearly all, of the staff was out back of the restaurant talking to a few kids skateboarding. When we pulled in, the staff went back in the restaurant through the back door. The skateboarders became more active. Since our food wasn't ready on time, they then started making our food. I'm not sure what the advantage of ordering through the app is if the staff is going to ignore the order....read full review

Service was great, the bathroom was clean, and the food is the best Arby’s I’ve had in a while. They took the time to actually put the sandwich together rather slapping some meat between buns.
