11 Best Sandwich Shops near Bellefonte

“New to working in the area and was looking for some lunch. Stopped at a pizzeria across the street and it was closed. I came across the street to Diamond Deli instead and I’m glad I did. Not many places like this exist anymore. 2 ladies were in there and they were as sweet as can be when serving. I’ll be back.

“We were in town to support my son’s football team for a camp at PSU. ordered catering boxes online prior to our visit. We showed up a bit before our order was due, and saw that it was busy. they still had our order ready and packed to go. The process ordering, picking up was so fast, easy and efficient. I was so pleased. Beyond that, the hoagies were great and the boys loved them. thank you so much for making our visit memorable.“

“I just loved this place when I was in Illinois living there for work. I have never seen one in Pittsburgh or the surrounding area yet. I ran into this place while here on a 2 month vacation and just had to have it. I got the large itilian and my daughter got the club and both were so good. I also recommend the Mac n cheese and sweet tea. I will definitely be visiting again before I leave.“

“I used to come here many times and the service was great and the food quality was good too. I used the Online system to order sandwiches and the staff always got the orders correct and completed in a timely manner. The staff were nice and pleasant and welcoming. The place is clean and I liked eating here too. There's plenty of parking options and there's plenty of room to eat too. I recommend coming here.“

“I work near this location and stop in once or twice a month for lunch. The staff move quickly. Even in the lunch rush, I'm out in 5 minutes. Service has been mediocre to spectacular, just depends on who is on the floor and their mood, I guess. I wanted to write a review today because the two employees that were working behind the counter (young black man with short dreads and young white woman with long curly black hair) were especially fast and courteous. My sandwich was delicious. Thank you for making my lunch and walk downtown in the freezing weather more pleasant!“
