12 Best Sandwich Shops near Bellefonte

“Food is always made fresh to order. The owners are amazing and the service is always excellent. Their prices haven’t gone through the roof like many other places. It’s a very nice, comfortable place to get lunch and relax. Pictured is the chicken salad sandwich with curly fries. Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu! They also have amazing homemade desserts!“

“I've been wanting to try Jersey Mike's subs ever since I started seeing their commercials on TV. I grew up in New Jersey and really missed the subs we had there. Jersey Mike's did not disappoint. My sub was just like I remembered the ones from my childhood. The service was great too!“

“McAlister’s Deli is ideal for a quick lunch pickup that actually keeps you full. Even during peak hours, orders tend to move efficiently, and the portions are generous. The combination of stacked sandwiches, warm sides, and refreshing drinks makes it a reliable go-to when you don’t have time to sit down. Many people highlight both the quality of the food and friendly service, even during busy times“

“The usual tasty food, prepared quickly. Workers were super efficient. They served our family of 5 within minutes. Plenty of seating and a high chair is available, too. Be prepared for on-street parking with meters, though. One negative on this visit: loud music playing right where we ordered...had to raise our voices to order. They did turn it off once we sat down.“

“Subway had been my goto convenience meal for years. My favorite of all in the franchise is in Northland Shopping Center. A young lady works there who is an absolute gem! She is pleasant, personable, and perfect every time. I can count on getting a satisfying, nutritious sandwich, and l have NEVER been disappointed. I am always amazed with how proficient she is and she can actually make my order, including all the goodies l like to pile on, from memory. I can always count on her making my visit to this store a pleasant experience.“
