“hey so it's New Year's Day and I didn't feel like cooking so I ordered a pizza from r&b my son recommended you guys so first let me say this the pizza was phenomenal and it's now New Year's morning about 12:14 well afternoon and I'm now eating the last two pizzas which are cold and hard and they are even better than yesterday!!!!!!!! I give you a 10 out of 10 I'm going to be calling you often so be ready for me thanks r&b!!!! oh I forgot I got a large pizza with pepperoni and on one half we added sausage and bacon. 💯“

I usually stop by this Pizza Hut on my way to work to grab lunch. Today, I came by in the evening for a takeout order and unfortunately witnessed something very upsetting.

A young female Dasher walked in to pick up an order. She didn’t speak much English and politely showed her phone to indicate she had a pickup. The employee at the counter responded with clear irritation, saying the order wasn’t ready and told her not to “wave her phone around.” Then she went as far as saying she wouldn’t serve her at all.

I was shocked and honestly embarrassed. The Dasher looked deeply hurt — she walked out to her car with another order, clearly trying not to cry.

A few minutes later, she came back and quietly asked again about her order. It was sitting right there in plain sight, already ready, but the same employee again refused to hand it over, repeating that she would not serve her.

The Dasher had no choice but to cancel the order and leave.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. People — including delivery drivers — come here to do their jobs and bring you business. I hope Pizza Hut management seriously reconsiders their approach to customer service and pays closer attention to who they hire.
