She seemed to be higher up in the ranks (her name is Susan maybe?), and she is a wonderful, honest woman and an overall pleasure to converse with. “Phenomenal sushi! “All you can eat” for only $32 with amazing quality. Everything I tried was a 9 or 10 out of 10. So much attention to detail! The shrimp tempura batter was light and crispy and the salmon was absolutely delicious. The menu has many interesting dishes, such as seared scallops - this is not your typical buffet at all. This is a new restaurant and it is much better than the previous owner at this location. The quality is so high that you feel like you've cheated the system by paying so little. My wife and I will definitely return, this is our new favorite sushi restaurant in the Philadelphia region, along with fine dining restaurants with prices one and a half or two times higher. Bravo!“

“The inside of this restaurant is very beautiful, I love the cozy environment and the atmosphere of their dining room. However, today, I ordered takeout for the first time. My food was ready in less than 20 minutes, and the lady working at the front desk was very efficient at processing my payment. We ordered gyoza, a salmon tempura roll, and the AAC roll. EVERYTHING was delicious and cooked perfectly. Nothing was greasy, unflavorful, or overcooked. Even the condiments they served with our order were fresh. My husband and I ordered the vegan ramen, sushi: aac roll, Oshinko roll, the vegan roll, the mango avocado, and then the hibachi veggies and rice.
All of it was deliciousssss.
I loved that they put dumplings in the ramen, the mango was delicious, miso soup was delicious, and they even threw in some cake.
Would highly recommend getting food from here.“

“I have mainly stuck to the ramen here, but one of the staff members came to my table. She told me there are several vegan options outside of ramen such as the veg teriyaki, veg stir fried rice, veg tempura, drunken noodles, udon noodles.. she asked if I was pleased, and if there were enough vegan options/ if it was good for vegans. So I get the genuine interest for vegans. If you are getting ramen, make sure to specify for vegan noodles and vegan broth. When I first ordered the pre-fix vegetable ramen, I wrote vegan in the notes. It did not come with the vegan ramen noodles, and came with the standard egg noodles. So just make sure you select those or ask for them.“

Took mom on her birthday, our first Teppanyaki hibachi experience with a chef cooking tableside, not only was food great, but both server AND the chef provided very friendly, professional, respectful, and courteous service, chef was interactive, dynamic, and added a touch of comedy during the cooking experience.
At the end, they brought dessert and sang birthday song for mom.

“Was here recently for a colleague’s birthday party. They rented a private room with food + bottle service. Off street parking was definitely a huge plus. The staff was very attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the place seemed pretty chill. My only critique is the karaoke interface is not very intuitive, and the selection for ACTUAL karaoke/instrumental tracks are very limited because they only use Spotify for the music. It’s more like a sing-along than karaoke. I would suggest using youtube instead of spotify because YouTube’s selection of music for karaoke is far superior. Other than that, the place is great!“

When I mentioned entertainment I referred to the chef, who had a sense of humor while he prepared our food. He made our dinner most enjoyable. I certainly would return to the restaurant and encourage friends to try it.“

“It was my first time here, and I loved everything I had to eat that I ate. I was so full I did leave a little bit of food. I generally don't like to waste anything but was very little left really no reason to take home. There is a lot of variety and selection to try. The staff were very polite and very nice and felt like a friendly environment it was an enjoyable, pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning to try more food and have more of my favorite foods.“

“I have eaten sushi in Puerto Rico, Colorado and many places that are ok to my taste. But for me the best place to eat Sushi is Wasabi Restaurant in Mount Laurel, NJ. I enjoy the sushi they prepare here. It is so fresh and I can enjoy every flavor of their rolls or sushi with or without any sauce. From the rice, avocados and fish. I love their yellowtail with scallions and their salmon avocado roll. I like their combo Japanese fried rice too. This is just my favorites but I know that everything they prepare in this Restaurant is top quality. If you decide to enjoy this place by take out or dining, be aware that they will require some time to prepare your meal because it is not a fast food and the food will be prepared fresh for you. Since I tasted their sushi rolls I can’t eat a pre made sushi or supermarket, or buffet sushi anymore. With this restaurant I learned to eat raw fish. I used to eat before rolls that were only with shrimp, eel, or smoked salmon. Now, I can eat all their sushi.“

“This place is great. The food is some of the best I’ve had. I did their all you can eat menu which is only $32.95 for adults. Not only does it have sushi but it has other kitchen food items like beef/chicken/vegetable and broccoli, general tso, sweet & sour chicken and more. I tried the general tso chicken and this is by far the best I’ve had. It’s soft and tender and spicy just how I like it. The sushi is fresh and really good. The service is great. Really love what they did with the space and truly excited for the addition of the bar so that we can enjoy their great custom cocktails with newtown's best sushi. The food is obviously still on point but beware of their penicillin drink! With their in-house pressed ginger and bitters, holy crap they are dangerously delicious! They were a bit understaffed when we went so there was a bit of a wait on food or getting the check but nothing the staff could have done about it with 1 server and the sushi chef covering as a second. I hope they can find someone to fill in because the food is worth coming back for. Prices are a little on the high side but you won't find Korean food like this around here anywhere else. Definitely recommend giving them a shot, just probably best if you're not in a rush to get somewhere afterwards.“
