“Very cute place, we go to all the Kung Fu teas and other bubble tea places in the area and were excited to find a Kung Fu with the chicken restaurant inside. The chicken was great, the macarons were delightful, the board game selection was solid, and the staff was cool. I wish it was closer to our house, but we will definitely visit there every time we go to Microcenter.Parking: Big parking lot - plazaKid-friendliness: This would be a great little family outing. Bubble tea is the new frozen yogurt which is the new ice cream. You could probably spend half an hour to an hour here playing board games, eating, and relaxing.“

“A great place. Been open many years. Recently on TV for their Anniversary. Sometimes crowded but they are quick and move fast. You can get breakfast sandwiches all day which is a plus. Coffee very good, another plus. Only takes cash, no big deal to me. Grew up in South Philly and local neighborhood places the same. Got scrapple, egg & cheese, bacon, egg & cheese, peppers , egg & cheese. All outstanding. Owner Bruce and his wife working up front, working, greeting and monitoring everything.“

“Delicious food, fresh ingredients, tasty coffee, and friendly service. My husband and I stopped in for our first visit and loved everything we ordered. You can tell they put a lot of care and attention into the quality of the ingredients and the options on the menu. We've officially found our local go-to breakfast spot!“

“It has taken me over 12 years to finally walk in this space, thanks to some friends. Parking lot is deceivingly larger than anticipated. Scored a spot right in front. The space inside is on the smaller side, so anticipate a wait if you don't show up before 9am. Service very friendly and they are quick to serve you. Their coffee was solid. They have a nice tea selection, so be sure to ask what they have or they will serve you up something more pedestrian. A few specials always posted on the board. I had their homemade hash omelet and it was cooked perfectly. Not too brown and cooked throughout. Their toast is LeBus (sp?), so it was 2 pieces of very thick rye bread. I absolutely loved it. Their breakfast potatoes are very small nuggets with no onions. A bit boring if I'm being honest, but mixed well with the eggs and ketchup for me. I will look forward to trying more menu items in the near future. Hidden gem.“

“I was walking down conshy and I saw this cafe I never been to and decided to went in. The atmosphere was super cute and the owner is very sweet and recommended the brown sugar boba for me. They had tons of pastry and I couldn’t help but to get a few and try their avocado toast! Everything was delicious and definitely coming back. “

“I stumbled upon this coffee shop after a yoga class at Nectar Yoga Studio (which is in the same building). The barista and other workers were lovely. I don't regularly drink coffee so I ordered a strawberry chamomile kombucha and a GF chocolate/almond cookie. The kombucha is made locally (Baba's brew) and is one of my favorites. I loved that my drink was served in a glass rather than plastic! The cookie was delicious and one of the workers immediately cleared away my plate when I was finished. I'll definitely be back again! There's plenty of space to work or hang out with friends. If you need WiFi, the info is at the register.“

Definitely try the maple vinaigrette if you have a salad.Parking: There is a small lot behind the building, a small lot in front of the building, and a small lot across the street. Otherwise, parking is pretty difficult to find. Catching an Uber to get here is a good idea if you're close enough to make it economical.“

What's good: - Deserts and pastry's are excellent. - Coffee and barista skills are superior to the other shops in media - styling and layout of the shop is unique, fun, and inviting What needs work : order execution - On two separate visits the quiche was not heated enough and there were cold spots. (They graciously fixed it though) - One time they gave me an oat milk latte instead of a whole milk latte. (Again they fixed it. ) -During yet another visit I waited 10 minutes for a latte...not because they forgot or were busy but because the orders in front of me had to be redone because they were wrong. It's a great place and I hope the owner reads this review to improve the training of the employees.“

“Absolutely love it here. Consistently good food, lovely staff, quick service. I recommend getting a croissandwich for salty with any of their pastries for sweet (chocolate almond is a favorite). The owners are often coming up with new flavors to try and cute presentations like the photo I’ll attach from around Christmas. Our go-to for getting a treat in town. “I stopped here with my kids over the summer & was surprisingly refreshed at how fresh the ice cream was. I wanted ice cream this past weekend & told my husband he should try this place. “Gotta give this sweet cat cafe props for a comfy atmosphere and the support the business gives to its resident feline rescues. Loved the experience of dining here. The food and coffee were all right, but a little on the pricier side. My friends and I split our bill and left at different times, so there was a little confusion about what was already paid. But luckily the paid paper receipt covering my friends' orders was discovered, otherwise I would've been stuck paying their bill. This hiccup occurred largely because the bill is paid at the front counter, and it would've been troublesome if the paper receipt was lost in the shuffle had the cafe been busier. Tip: Make sure to tell the server ahead of time who exactly is in your party and how you want the bill split to avoid any confusion. Without a digital system, it can be a little hard to split bills later, especially if people leave at different times.“

“First time I have been here and I was pleasantly surprised. Purchased a regular drip coffee and a Roça sandwich on cheesy bread (Pão de Queijo). The sandwich was absolutely delicious and the coffee was ok. I like my coffee to be hotter and stronger. It wasn’t enough to knock off a star. The barista was super friendly and answered any questions I had with friendliness and a smile. Unlike some reviewers I had no problem getting up to get my food from the counter even though there was only two other people in the cafe. After all it’s a cafe, not a sit down restaurant. Do these same people complain when having to get up to get their food/drinks at Starbucks?I will definitely be back.“

“Everything was great at the jem, ordered a breakfast platter with bacon as my choice meat. I was surprised that they didn't cheap out in the bacon. “Great, old time ice cream place. This would be the perfect spot to visit after a baseball game!I took my kids for an ice cream on a lazy Sunday afternoon this summer. The place was packed! However, the line moved fast.My younger son ordered the mint chocolate chip ice cream and my older son tried the moose tracks. (I took a taste of both)The mint chocolate chip was so delicious, it reminded me of ice cream I got from a little candy shop up in Northern Wisconsin when I was a kid. My older son said that their moose tracks was the best he's ever had.We will definitely go back!Only wish they had some gluten free cones or cookies.“

“I stumbled across this place when I was doing an engagement shoot nearby but had to hop on a client call. I ordered a peach green tea refresher which was amazing and so much better than Starbucks. The wifi was great and super fast and it was an overall nice environment to work from. I really liked how late they were open. (I went in at 6:30pm) because all other options I could work from were closed.I would drive the distance just to come back for the atmosphere.“

“The food and Boba are so tasty, if you go you must get the chicken gyosas. I rated the food a 4 though because sometimes when I get drinks, they need a bit more flavor. Like the fruity flurry and coffee tasted a but plain, but other than that the food is amazing. On the tack with the snacks, there is mochi too and the chocolate flavor is to die for. “I typically use the drive through at this location. It moves quickly and is very convenient. The location of the Starbucks is great. Right off of the road. There is no other traffic really going into the parking lot there, as they are off to the side without any other stores. Easy quick location.“

“I ordered 50 cake pops for my daughters baby shower on short notice. I do apologize I forget who took my order but she was very friendly and personable and more than happy to help me. I was very happy with my order, I ordered vanilla, chocolate and funfetti cakes pops. They were decorated with the exact colors I asked for, each one wrapped individually and tied with ribbon. “The Sunday buffet brunch has to be just about the best food I have ever had. The fact this was a buffet is even more special. Normally buffet food is just "OK" since it is prepared ahead of time. Not the case here. *All* of the food (and I mean all of the food) was absolutely delicious, skillfully prepared and tasted incredibly fresh. There was a wide variety of meats, fish, pasta, breakfast foods, and desserts nicely arranged for self-service. All the food made is from scratch. The coffee was superb. Cloth napkins even. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. And yes, even the bathroom was very nicely done, with dimmed lights and candles no less. “I had no idea this gem was so close by. The donuts are hot and made to order, you are able to customize your donut toppings or pick from their seasonal or fan favorite menu. For great quality donuts these are very cheap! Same price as dunkin donuts and they are 100% better! Customer service is great as well everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The only issue I encountered was the bottom of the box had warm icing on it but just grab a few napkins and it's no problem! Don't miss this spot the Boardwalk was my favorite.“

“My coffee spot deserves 5 stars because it's a mission centered business. It's associated with Camphill Village, and is therefore inclusive in its hiring of staff, has a vegetarian menu, and sources locally. The baristas are friendly and make an effort to get to know you if you are a regular. Yes, it may take a while for a latte if it's busy and they have to follow food safety standards when heating up breakfast sandwiches (which takes time and they let you know when you order). I am ok with that because the money you spend here is staying locally and supporting a non-profit.“

Unfortunately one staff member, I am guessing the manager, didn’t have the sense of urgency that was being demonstrated by the other workers. Tables needed clearing and he walked right by them. Many people waiting to be seated. All hands on deck!! Clearing a table, bringing out a dish or two is not beneath you. Lead by example. “For those of you who frequent cafe isla and have not tried media bakers guild granola yet, you should! I am an in-home trainer and I’ve been giving it to my clients who are addicted to it. So now , they all ask if I can pick them up some. But It’s ok because I’m usually out too and I love it also . It’s the best granola I’ve ever had, it’s prepared very thinly sliced with just the right amount of sweetness. I love it with some Fage greek yogurt, which is low in sugar, and a scoop of Noah’s honey that is also sold at the cafe. Check it out , it’s very yummy!“

“We enjoyed some delicious French toast early Easter morning. Free street parking on Sunday, so that was convenient. Service was top-notch, Irish sausage was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, French toast was yummy! The ambiance isn't very Hibernian, which was disappointing, but I would go back for the food and the service.“
