Edit: As a Texan native in PA it is hard to find good Mexican food and I am pretty spoiled to the southern availability of great Mexican restaurants.

“Wonderfully delicious traditional Mexican faire! Chicken enchiladas were mouthwatering, warmly-spiced comfort food with perfectly sized sides of rice and beans. A lime margarita, served in a cute li’l mason jar, solidly complemented the dish. Our very young server was very thoughtful and obviously happy we enjoyed our meal!

Vegetarian options: You can do a lot with grains, beans, cheese and sauces and the menu does!

We ordered tacos which were well served, with fresh onions and cilantro. Longaniza, suadero y lengua were a hit with my family. We also ordered the sopes and these are not your traditional sopes (small round) but the original from Michoacan flat, long, with beans and the meat of your choice. “Our favorite El Limon in the area. Food is delicious with generous portions. Staff is slim, but efficient. Usually one server doing constant take out orders, working the front desk and waiting on tables. Surprised how quick the kitchen and server work together to get your food out in little time. This place is our go to.“

I visit more often than Id like because of the proximity to the transportation center but frankly I'm in the market for somewhere new cuz I'd rather hand my money to someone who acts like they want it.“

“I have been coming here since the day they opened this place it has gotten a lot better the food is good and the tortas alone are really big my sone and daughter love to stop by this place every time we go visit friends that is our number one stop. I do recommend anyone to give this place a try.

Parking: They do have a small parking lot but I wish the ppl parking would park the right way, a lot of their clients don’t know how to park, so I do wish they could be a little more strict and put signs out regarding the parking area. Other than that a great place to go.“

“El Limon was my college go to, and it was fantastic to see that the restaurant has clearly continued to be loved over the years since I graduated. The price of food has barely gone up in 6 years (3 dollars per taco? in this economy? amazing), and the restaurant looks clean and runs efficiently. Perfect for a work lunch, a celebratory meal, or even take out! and the margaritas .... so very good. Well worth the return visit, I'll be back soon!“
