“Tried the Solid Ground Mocha for the 1st time Monday (I’m a Mystic Mocha fan), easily one of the top 3 mochas I have ever had. Love the real Jif peanut butter in it. Will be back soon to have again. Thanks guys, hang in there with the construction, see you soon.“

“Worst service I've had in a while. We waited so long for our food and they served people that came after us long before we finally got ours. This place is definitely much different than the original. Pricing on food was stupid and somehow it cost almost $40 for a few basic sandwiches and a lemonade. Won't be back“
“I was so happy when I saw the Turnpike had a Caribou (I haven't had a Caribou coffee in years). Parker was so friendly and amazing! I had a few questions about the menu and they were so happy to help. My shaken espresso tasted awesome and the customer service topped the cake! Will be returning next time I come through!“

“Stop there most days on our way to work. Usually friendly fast service. Today Wed. June 6 had a extremely rude gentleman who wouldn't even give us time to order after our first drink gave us total and had no other option but to move up. The girl at register "Joy" was so kind patient and let us finish our order and then apologized for the other employees rudeness. Dunkin gets 4 stars today but "Joy" gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Went in drive-thru. Not a long wait, was a Saturday afternoon, one car ahead of me. Employee was very nice, made eye contact. Left with my order. Ended up with either incorrect drink or their coffee was just burnt? Tasted horrible, definitely wasn't butter pecan. Ended up throwing it out later when I had another time to stop driving. My food was good. I didn't have time to return to get my drink fixed. But idk if i would recommend their coffee to anyone, at least not on a Saturday afternoon lol“

“I was greeted and served quickly. I tried using the mobile app from home and at all stop lights.
I ordered and waa serviced with 2 friendly, fast, and happy employees....everyday this week i have used the mobile app.today it didnt work!
