“Brendan is the best brewer I ever worked with in the decade I spent in craft beer, and he crushes styles like amber lagers, kolschs and pilsners. The pizza is amazing too - a true fermentation genius. A special place by special people. 10/10. Must go.“

Bonn Place Brewing Company Brewery • $
310-14 Taylor St, Bethlehem

“Flew into the Lehigh Valley to visit family and Bonn Place was recommended as ‘this will be your new favorite brewery’.

Staff: 10/10. Our first visit to Bonn was moderately busy, but the staff took the time to answer questions, was friendly and knowledgeable, and was very attentive.
Our second visit was slammed busy with a line practically out the door.
I honestly didn’t notice a difference or drop in service. Absolute all-stars.

Beer: this place is a goldmine of English pub styles with outstanding milds and bitters. We worked our way through the tap list and couldn’t find a beer that wasn’t good to great.

Parking: located next to two large parking lots (pay). Well lit.

Food: none. Fuel up before you go.

Atmosphere: small, quaint, but comfortable and welcoming. On our first visit, another patron at the bar told us, “I envy you…I wish I could experience this place again for the first time.” It’s that kind of place. You just click with the vibe and it feels good. On both visits here, we didn’t want to leave.

Overall: I brewed my first beer 25 years ago. I’m a certified beer judge. I’ve lived all over the US and traveled extensively. Not everyone is going to instantly click with this place, or fall in love with their style. I did, and I have. Bonn Place is in my top 20 favorite breweries in the US. Give them a try.“

Seven Sirens Brewing Company Brewery • $$

“Walked in on a random Wednesday night alot of locals bellied up to the bar, sat a few tables away from the bar just enjoying the atmosphere and the beers. One of the owners Jordan comes over introduced himself and we hit it off like I was a regular there. He gave me a tour of the brewery, explained the history of the company and told me about the beers and hopwater they have. I recommend give it a try its quite different but refreshing. If you're looking for an at home local brewery feel especially if your an out of towner I can not recommend this place enough.“

“I was in a little to late to get a case of a seasonal beer I really like. I was able to get the final two 6 packs they had, but they offered to contact the distributor to see if they could get me a case as well. They told me they would get back to me either way and the following day I got the call they promised they’d make. Unfortunately the distributor was out of stock (I already have a reminder in my phone for next year), but I still appreciated the fact that they tried and also updated me. You don’t see customer service like that very often any more!“

“This is a new brewery here in the Lehigh Valley. We stopped in for a late lunch after shopping at the mall.

My wife and I sat at the bar and a few of the Vienna Red Lagers. I ordered the Black Bean Burger. This was full of flavor. Nice touch of adding Pico de gallo. One of the better black burgers I've had in a while.

I ordered an old fashioned for dessert. They use Bloody Butcher bourbon whiskey.

This is a huge place. We happened to arrive at a quieter time, which was better for us. Sam was a FANTASTIC bartender!

Parking: Depending on the time you arrive will determine how easily you'll find parking.“

“I recently had my wedding at Fegley’s (9/21/25) and I highly recommend. We had a smaller wedding with a little more than 50 people and really felt like the place fit our vibe. Especially because we included a beer blending unity ceremony. Dominic was our main point of contact and he was great to work with and answered all my million and one questions. He was especially helpful as we stumbled our way through figuring out our rehearsal. (On the day of too!) All of my guests raved about the food. One even said it was the best wedding food they ever had. I couldn’t have been happier as the team here was so professional and made our day go off without a hitch.“
