“Eridania is so very friendly I had the pleasure to finally meet her in person after dealing with her over the phone and I also had the pleasure to meet Melissa. Such a nice and cozy place to diner in. The atmosphere was so peaceful and homey. The service was great and the food was delicious. It always is but finally making my way to the location was an even better experience. Will definitely continue to order and refer this place to others.“

“Listen… I’ve eaten at more Dominican restaurants in the valley than I’d like to admit (my arteries keep whispering “slow down, bro” but my soul keeps saying “otra vez, otra vez”). Out of all of them, THIS spot? Top five, no question.

The ladies running the show here are basically Dominican food ninjas. They’re fast, friendly, and they hand you a plate like they’re sliding you a secret treasure map to flavor town. Portions? Not “normal human portions.” Nah. They’re giving “grandma heard you haven’t eaten in three days” portions.

Now let me talk about my go-to: the oven roasted chicken. I don’t know what sorcery they’re working with in that kitchen, but this bird comes out JUICY like it’s been baptized in flavor. Most oven roasted chicken is drier than the Sahara halfway through — not here. This chicken falls off the bone like it’s signing divorce papers. Every bite is seasoned like the chef whispered a prayer into the marinade the night before.

Haven’t tried the whole menu yet, but mark my words: I will. By the time I’m done, I’ll probably need a loyalty card or maybe just my own parking spot.

I have not seen or experienced a food truck this clean, with service you'd expect from a top of the line restaurant and most importantly delicious food.It is not every day, nor everywhere, that you find a food place in which quality service, delicious food and good price are offered in a single package. “I would like to start by saying that I’m not Dominican and I bumped into this place by accident and decided to try the Yaroas. I’m very familiar with Allentown and didn’t even know this place opened almost a year ago. Per Google, Yaroa is a Dominican street food of leyered fries, meat, and cheese, often topped with condiments. They don’t just sell Yaroas, their menu has a variety of items that is very appetizing. I tried the Yaroa-Tripleta. I believe it comes with chicken, beef, and shrimp over a layer of mashed sweet plantain or French fries. I asked to get half sweet plantain and half fries. It was DELICIOUS 🤤. The small size could feed two, but it was so good that I ate it all. I liked it better with the sweet plantain, but with French fries was very good also. I’m going there again because I want to try everything else out n the menu. The owners are very nice and welcoming people. I RECOMMEND IT.“

“I always stop here after church on Sunday and I order the rice and gandules but the only thing the peas were not cooked all the way and I could not return it because I already ate some of the food now any other time the food is good but it was this one time.“

“We had a hankering for sancocho soup and we took a chance on Cuchifrito’s. Well I was NOT disappointed! I walked out with red beans and yellow rice with stewed ribs, along with my sancocho soup. HEAVENLY!! We will be back for more and more, until we’ve tried every single item on the menu. The folks who chose to dine in were treated with top tier service, which I noticed while waiting in line behind the other salivating patrons. You can tell they have a loyal following. Parking: It’s 7th street a block or two before the PPL center. Good luck with street parking. It’s either easy to snag a spot or really really hard. There’s North Lot a little down the block on the right, which is also paid.“

“If you are looking for Authentic Spanish food, this is the place! Huge portions, platters easily are feed two. Very low pricing and wonderful staff. Slow cooked meats, I’ve tried them all & honestly do not know which one is best. Three kind of Spanish beans to choose from as well. Their rice is always cooked perfectly, and not dried out. Which I know is an issue at some of the other popular spots in Allentown. So if you haven’t tried this spot, I definitely recommend it. They have a very seating area, to accommodate any size group looking to order in.“

“I’ve visited numerous times and have met the owner. Such a sweet lady. I had mentioned my food came out a bit colder than I expected and she offered to make me another plate (I was eating outside & with 2 other people) they were very busy that day.
I can honestly say I will always go back & anytime I’ve shared any form of dissatisfaction it has been taken care of right away. Side note I love the outside seating in the summer time .
