“The food is absolutely flavorful and incredible, with so much depth in every bite. The staff are super nice and helpful, making me feel right at home. Their natural juice is a must-try—it’s the best I’ve had!

I highly recommend the chicken stew (pollo guisado), the arroz con grandules (rice and peas), and some fried plantains to complete the experience. Don’t forget to ask for extra gravy on the rice—it takes everything to the next level!

“I'm a truck driver not spanish by any means but do like to try different food and happened to pass this small place and definitely had to try it and let me say the food was amazing!!! I've been back many times it's a little out the way for me but well worth it, great prices and always delicious😋!!!!!“

“Great spot. The woman employee with the orange hair is actually extremely rude. She always has an attitude. When asking me what i wanted to eat, there was a huge glass separating us. Im telling her what id like and shes shaking her head, giving me an attitude, pointing at things aggressively and makong me almost feel stupid for asking what was what. Other than the terrible service from her, The food tastes great. Each and every time. Employee needs proper training in customer service“

“We were on our way out of Perth Amboy after a church service. It was late and we were driving around looking for something good to eat before heading back to south Jersey! Everything was closed! Finally we drive by this place that looked open! I’m so glad we stopped by! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed by the young woman up front who walked us through the menu since our spanish is “no good looking” . She took her time , we didn’t feel rushed and she even gave us her personal recommendations! I chose the mofongo with chicharron and my cousin got the plantain sandwich with chicken! *chefs kiss * 10/10 . The staff were alll so kind to us . The gentleman , (not sure if he was the owner) , he talked with us for a few minutes and we really felt comfortable and welcomed! I’ve already shared this place with my family and friends! Can’t wait to return !“
