“Arrived here to get a quick meal after a long week. The plater du juour was fried rice with choice of ribs or chop and fried plantains. Chose ribs. Tasty and tender enough. Tostones were soggy and had no seasoning while the rice was over seasoned. A salt bomb! It was also very dry and the mouthfeel of rice reheated from the fridge. Had other entrees from this food truck in the past and liked them all. This time I can't say the same...Inconsistent quality!“
