“We went to Social Still on the recommendation of a friend. We were coming in from out of town for a concert and to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Social Still did not disappoint. The atmosphere and staff were perfect. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. We started with some cocktails, ( both of us are admittedly picky about drinks), and we loved ours so much we left with a bottle of botanical gin. The food was delicious, I had the crab and chorizo beignets. Such a great combo and excellently prepared. The hand cut fries were a nice add on and disappeared from the table as soon as we started eating them. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I really appreciated the menu item “by a round of drinks for the kitchen staff”. That shows me that it is run by people who care about each other. We will be making a point to come back!“

I said it's tiny, and it is. Side bar seating for about 5 on stools. Then just 3 (I think that's right) small tables. I'm betting they have a brisk to-go business.

Their spelt and tahini chocolate chip cookie is one of the best things I have ever eaten in my entire life. This is not an exaggeration. Do not use the guts, just simply add a few, literally less than my son's handfull, Monocacy Coffee whole beans into the aged coffee, bring to quick boil and viola ! “After the quality of food kept declining at our usual Chinese place, we were on the hunt for a new take-out spot. Ruby Cafe did not disappoint! The only downside to this place is that they don't deliver. The service was great and the order process was seamless, I was even informed that I get a free 2 Liter since my order was $50. This is something some Chinese places don't even make you aware of, in hopes you won't ask Since it was a Friday evening, it was quite busy (nothing that calling your order in ahead of time can't fix), and it took a little while to get the order. We checked twice on the status, and one of the employees, a woman, checked each time with a smile on her face and then politely informed me of the status. We had Shrimp Fried Rice, Plain LoMein, Bone-in Spare Ribs, Crab Rangoon, and Szechuan Triple Delight. Let me just say, that this has been some of the best American Chinese food I had in a while. The only someone negative is that I didn't like the Crab Rangoon. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it, just did not like their spin on it. There are a couple of tables available for indoor seating, but it's nothing fancy. I would say it's your typical Chinese delivery and take-out seating and atmosphere. Now, if you're looking for authentic Chinese food, then this is not the place. However, do yourself a favor, next time you're in the mood for some American Chinese food give Ruby Cafe a try.“

“I was incredibly excited to have a work training in Bethlehem a few weeks ago because that meant VEGAN TREATS for the first time!!! How many of us remember what it is like to walk into a bakery and be able to eat EVERYTHING there 😢 it was a moment when I walked in. So, I couldn’t get as much as I wanted because it is pricey (can you blame them though, each piece is a work of art!) so I got three things. One was on me for not liking it because I don’t like anything “cream cheese” tasting/based anyway, but I can tell it was well-made. The vanilla cake I got was good (icing) but a bit dry, did not finish it. The chocolate brownie-fudge type cake I got though was THE BOMB and I only ate it in small pieces just to savor it😄I hope to find some reason to be out there again to get some more goodies, and I’m kicking myself for not getting any of the soft serve. Edit to Add: I got two custom made cakes from them - carrot & chocolate - and they hit it out of the park. Their vegan eggs & butterfingers are scrumptious!!! “More than a diner! - great place for a unique, high quality breakfast or lunch. There are a lot of interesting dishes and delicious drinks. I got a special chocolate and strawberry latte, and it was delicious. This place is also known for their eggs benedict - I got the southwest one, and it was very good. Great place overall and definitely recommend it.

Ordered online (the night before). Order was ready right on time, food was hot, fresh AND delicious. We ordered Pizza, Cheesesteaks and Wings.

Pizza was solid, good cheese coverage, good amount of pepperoni. Fresh dough, good chewiness.

Cheesesteaks were stuffed, good sauce coverage, good onion amount and love the little pickle on top!

Wings…. Save your time with the “chain wing places” and treat yourself to quality, while supporting a true local business who has been around for decades. We tried 4 different flavors, all of which were delicious. Wings were all meat, minimal gristle, minimal skin and not overly saucey.
