Hannah’s attention to detail, flexibility, and knowledge have continued to impress ourselves, our parents, and our guests who experienced a phenomenal wedding just this past weekend. “My family and I had lunch at Ozgood's today —our second time there and just as yummy as the first! The service was fantastic—our server was super friendly and attentive. I had the Asian grilled shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. We also had burgers, and they were cooked to perfection—juicy and full of flavor. The lemonade was so refreshing and tasty, too. My three children loved it, which says a lot! The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and everyone left full and happy. I ordered a crock of soup for 5.99 and ate my husbands salad. She pointed at us and said that is a big No,No,No. Then intern charged us for the salad bar of 10.99 and the extra fee to add to his meal of 3.99. When went up to pay they said we shared. My husband did not eat a salad I ate it instead of him. We paid for it so who cares who eats it, it was paid for. Argued to remove the side salad. What a going on. They kept saying we Shared why we did not we ate 1 salad and no soup from the salad bar, I paid extra for a different soup. We said we won't ever come back they said thats fine-bye. Instead of beginning polite the male in charge was rude. To pay 40.00 for lunch we don't need to go back to be treated like a 5 year old. We will take our business somewhere else on Route 61.“
