“I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“

“Small but great pretzel place!! I got a pizza pretzel which was a hefty croissant shaped pretzel STUFFED with pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce. It was soooo good and hearty. I got it on a whim and greatly enjoyed it. I also got a regular salted pretzel that was very good, nice chewy and doughy! I highly recommend a stop in if you like pretzels.“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Also, prices extremely reasonable to where I live.“

“Had bought a shoo fly pie at another bakery close by. The crumbs were bitter and very little wet bottom. I walked in Dutch Haven and was offered a sample. I knew I was in the right place. So delicious. I bought the whole pie. Warmed up a slice and the cinnamon and flavors were so good. Had to have a second piece. Glad I bought the whole pie.“

“We stumbled upon this gem at a kiosk at the hotel we are staying at and we can never turn down BBQ. 😂 the food was great, the service was great, and everything was fast, hot and perfect. Mark was our waiter and he was amazing. Not only is he a great server (i know because I worked in this industry), he’s incredibly kind and hilarious. We came for my birthday, which he knew. When I said no to dessert he asked if he could bring me a scoop of ice cream with a candle, to which I said “sure, but no singing!” Well when he came back to the table with another employee he loudly pronounced “on the count of 3!” Like they were going to sing and counted down then walked away. It was incredibly funny. Thank you, Mark, for making the night memorable!“

“An absolutely beautiful place to stay in Lancaster. We will definitely be back. Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. They have hardwood floors in the rooms instead of carpet which is so refreshing! Staff were friendly and joyful. It’s a beautiful resort and the restaurant food was delicious and well cooked. This is the best buffet I’ve ever been too. Tastes like home cooking!“

“I was watching my sister's apartment nearby for the week and came here everyday for the lunch buffet. I am a big introvert so I loved how the staff were nice but respected my space. They always noticed when I needed more water or a plate needed taken. The food was amazing but my favorites were the sesame chicken paired with the fried rice, the peanut chicken paired with the Mei fun noodles, the egg drop soup was always a pleasure, and the banana pudding and chocolate mouse for dessert. They kept the blinds closed so you weren't blinded by too much light and played the most calming, beautiful music. I am seriously going to miss this place but will definitely stop by again whenever I visit my sister! Thank you to all of the staff!“

“This place has amazing speed when it comes to online orders, I work close to New Jade House and whenever I order online its ready in 10-15 minutes. The prices for the lunch combo does not reflect how much they give you. The included soup is tasty and it is included in their lunch combos.“

“This was our first visit to the Fulton Steamboat Inn after a family recommended it—and it was such a fun experience! I mean, who wouldn’t want to sleep on a steamboat? The rooms have so much charm and felt slightly updated while still keeping that cozy, themed feel. Everything was super clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The kids loved the playground and pool, and we all enjoyed strolling around the little lake—especially spotting all the baby ducks! The only downside was that breakfast isn’t included. We didn’t try the on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of great local spots nearby. Overall, a fun and memorable stay—highly recommend!“

Shrimp, ribs, mashed potatoes! Salad! I even had a mango slushy! Definitely the place to eat. Can’t wait to come back and try breakfast! Oh and dessert! Wow! Pies, puddings, amazing. “We ordered several individual dishes for takeout, and everything was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, and every dish we tried was full of flavor. It's a little further away from the central area, but definitely worth the extra drive! We'd happily come back again!“

“Wanted to mention an experience we had with the Chili's in Wyomissing PA. We had a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 very young children. Great staff, seated quickly, ordered quickly. Then a medical emergency happened in the back to a young woman which resulted in our food being dropped. Manager Dan came out and apologized and told us what happened. The night became less about food and more about the young woman being fine. She was checked out - ambulance called, etc. and got treatment. Our food was prepared again and we still had a great meal and finished our night. Then our server, Giavana, advised us the manager was comping some of our meal for the extra time. And then she had to adjust the bill since we needed it split. All taken care of and we paid, but made sure to give a little extra to Giavana for her service and then gave Dan some money to give to the woman with the medical emergency since she lost wages when she had the episode. The meal became more about people and not food and our meal and how quickly we were served and could go home. Bottom line, take care of the restaurants and employees that do everything they can to give you a great meal and experience, and especially when they go above and beyond when an issue happens out of their control, yet they take care of it and worry about your experience. Shout out again to Dan and Giavana and Chili's Wyomissing PA for our night. And best wishes to the young woman and her medical issue, that she recovers and gets back to work.“
